As an FCA-regulated business, we operate in line with the relevant regulatory requirements and aim to provide clear information about why we are making contact and the account concerned.
All accounts are referred to us by our clients, and we act on their instructions using the information made available to us at the point of referral.
We can see that you appear to have resolved the account with us by telephone yesterday, and I hope you found the service provided during that conversation helpful and satisfactory.
Terrible and awful

Representing the lowest forms of Life
Despite being polite in all communication, I am now saddled with a debt that in my opinion isn't due.
I went into extraneous detail about the fact I didn't pursue the self-employed position as a delivery driver which demanded goods in-transit and Public liability cover, but still on the basis of making a down payment to Close Brothers Premium Finance of £20.30 I somehow have to pay the full amount. All this in the light of my father's passing on the 25th August.
Next port of call, The Financial Ombudsman ...

I Spoke with Harry today who was very helpful, kind and really listened to offered support. I’m dyslexic and have a disability so being vulnerable can make it hard to communicate but he was patient and non judgmental especially given the circumstances and communication difficulties. I left the call with a positive hopefully outlook due to this amazing service and I think he should be recognised for this. I hope more staff can be as kind and understanding as he was. Warning Absolute Scammers and rouge traders.
This company will chase and harass you for false claims causing you distress, they will pressure you and ask for money with no justification of a debt. When they finally find out they were wrong, no apology or correspondence, just on to the next victim to scam.
