Booked a stripper for my sisters hen through celebrate just right and we all had a great time! The stripper wasn’t the exact one I picked but that didn’t matter, he still made the night! Would recommend.

Booked a dwarf stripper for the groom as a surprise then on the day they sent a WhatsApp cancelling! So we decided to get a refund so we could use the money on a night out for something else and they have told me it takes 4 days to get a refund! Absolutely terrible.

I had booked a dwarf stripper however got a whatsapp on the day of the event cancelling with no explanation. After reading reviews it seems this is a regular thing that happens with this company.

As it was a hen party and people attending had paid to see a show we agreed to go along with a back up stripper Sam. Same was great and cannot fault him although I did request the funny option and not the sexy.

I wouldnt use this company again due to the cancellation and the way that they handled it. Although when Phoned the booking line and spoke to someone it was sorted out quickly. But after reading other reviews it seems this is a pattern.

Don’t use this company if you live in Wales. Booked a male stripper for a hen party and called to confirm availability. They charged the deposit and emailed me a confirmation. On the day of the event they cancelled with absolutely no explanation (saying the reason the stripper gave was ‘not clear’) and did not even attempt to provide an alternative performer. This was a huge disappointment that derailed the entire day and caused a huge amount of last minute stress. Spent hours calling other companies (one suggested the cancellation was probably because of our location in West Wales—I would’ve liked to have had this honesty from Celebrate Just Right). DO NOT advertise availability for locations if you can’t rely on your performers to turn up or find a replacement — it’s false advertising and plain dishonesty. The only positive was that they processed the refund fairly quickly.

Having booked an entertainer a couple of months before the night, I was very disappointed when our act cancelled in the morning. However, the team were quick to offer me a replacement and pulled out all the stops to arrange for Choon to step in instead. Choon was brilliant - he was funny, engaged well with everybody and make the night memorable for us. It might have been a bit weird to perform for a group of men, but he wasn’t phased. My only criticism is that the performance only lasted for one song...

Whilst there was a mix up with the booking, which we only found out about on the day, I must confess I was extremely impressed with the speed at which Celebrate Just Right turned our evening from a downer to an upper!
Within 10 minutes of the original booking getting cancelled they had arranged topless waitresses in their stead...a far better idea than our original idea of the midget...and the guests loved the entertainment.

Performer failed to turn up and I am struggling to get a refund

Not good at all booked a male stripper for a party guaranteed it would be the one you picked it was aload of rubbish was never going to be that stripper dont think he existed and the one we got could of been booked direct at 65 pound not 125 if we wanted him we would of booked him direct. If anyone books a stripper from here it will not be the one you pick

Edited in response to the response from Celebrate Just Right. In response to your message, I have reduced my review to one star, due to the outright lies you have told! Simon rang me on the Thursday night so it wasn’t a last minute change, the venue was in LS10, therefore not remotely rural, and no further members of my party have contacted you. I was disappointed before, but I’m downright disgusted now. Avoid this company like the plague, I cannot stand dishonesty.

I booked a stripper for a hen party and was given the choice of men and outfit. On the night, the stripper was late because he got lost, however did turn up. When he turned up, without being rude, because Simon was a very nice man and clearly experienced, he was by no stretch of the imagination was the guy I was assured he would be. Number 12, ‘Tank’, was nowhere to be seen.

Also, he was in and out (metaphorically) in 15 minutes .... including getting changed. Not quite what we were expecting and an expensive 15 minutes.

I also received a poor response to my complaint.

He was slightly late but made up for it, good times x

was nervous booking as first time booking anythinh like this but george was fab he made it so much fun and giggles from the games to the chats cocktail making

We booked a male stripper/butler in the buff, for a colleagues hen do.
"Enzo" ,arrived at exact time we booked & was an all round lovely guy. Real gentleman who was a great sport & thoroughly entertaining.
Would definitely recommend this entertainments company.

Easy to book and our performer was very prompt and did what was advertised! Would recommend.

Here's my review experience:

YOU WILL REGRET USING CELEBRATE JUST RIGHT. Awful service. The company is all promises and assurances before you've booked. Then, once you've paid your deposit, expect your day to fall apart.

I had booked a dwarf, three bunny girls and three cheeky butlers for my girlfriend's 30th birthday party. I had booked them to arrive at specific times because I wanted coverage throughout the party. The company offered me the choice of which men and women I wanted to attend. It also offered me the choice of clothing. I confirmed everything in writing and he confirmed receipt and understanding of all that was included, with a promise that all the contracted people would receive a thorough briefing before the day.

The problems started early: I was told they'd all be in contact with me before the party. Only the dwarf and one butler did so. Despite this, I was assured by the comany that they were all on track and confirmed. On the day itself, the dwarf and one butler arrived on time... the only problem was, the dwarf wasn't even an actual dwarf (i.e. he didn't have dwarfism)! And the butler? He wasn't any of the three men I'd specifically chosen.

The first waitress didn't show up. The second and third butlers didn't show up. The second two waitresses did in the end show up, but both were late, and not in the clothing they'd been hired to wear (one had no bunny ears, and both had no stockings or cuffs, both of which had been specified, and agreed to, by the company). Neither of them were any of the three girls I'd specifically requested, and agreed, with Celebrate Just Right.

The waitress and butler service was not great. When asked to do things, sure, they'd do it, but they weren't proactive, and the butler spent most of his shift on his phone at the bar!

The butler then went and got changed and finished early - though one of the company’s employees tried to claim when I complained that he'd stayed later (if standing around having a chat, not wearing your butler outfit, and no longer working, counts as him 'staying later', then yeah, sure, he stayed later. The company actually had the cheek to claim this as some kind of noble move on the part of Celebrate Just Right that they "weren't going to charge me for the butler staying late"! Ha! Complete JOKE!)

One of the waitresses also finished early. She just vanished, went and got changed, and then came back to the bar in her normal clothes. When I challenged her, she claimed she'd started at 17:30 - NOT true. She in fact spent 45 mins, from 17:15-18:00, doing her makeup, not serving drinks, which is time that I am NOT supposed to be paying for!

So in the end I got:

- A dwarf who wasn't a dwarf
- One out of three butlers, who wasn't one of the butlers I'd booked and who finished early
- Two out of three waitresses, both late and neither dressed as contracted, one of whom finished early
- An appalling service and after-care from Celebrate Just Right.

In the end I took the company to court and I won my deposit plus £500 damages. I was also sent an email trying to suggest that the company was somehow doing me a favour by attempting to resolve the issues on the day, and that it could have just left me high and dry. The company’s tone seemed to suggest that it thinks I should in fact be GRATEFUL for its extremely poor efforts! I've seen a better service attitude in former communist countries. What’s more, it claims it tried to argue to the court that there was “joint blame” on the day (RRIIIGGGHHHHTTT… I am jointly to blame for making a booking that didn’t show up! Makes perfect sense!) and behaves as if the fact that I called them 17 times that day was somehow very rude and inconsiderate of me!

Overall, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You'll regret it dearly.
