Do not use this company they take your deposit then there performers refuse to turn up and they wont refund your deposits it's a disgrace

Thanks for your feedback and we do apologise if our services was not to your satisfaction.
Our performer tried to contact you 11 times on day via text, whats app and phone. The location provided to us was not 100% accurate therefore she needed to speak to you before. We also contacted you via email and phone.
Because we had no reply from you only until 45 min after the time our performer had another event that evening therefore was not able to re-schedule .
In all confirmation emails we do inform that communication is vital especially 1 hour prior the event.

Wouldn't recommend this company
I would not recommend this company at all either! Ordered a male stripper for a hen party. He called a couple of hours before he was due to say he had double booked. But said he would still be with us for 9 as planned.
But he didn't show! Spent most of the evening trying to get through to the stripper and the company but had no luck.
Complained to the company and after waiting 4 days for a response have been told I will get my deposit back. But that wasn't the point, as we wanted a stripper as entertainment but instead spent most of our evening waiting around for someone who had no intention of coming.

We are sorry about your experience with us.
The replacement stripper when he arrived perform an expectational routine and had great response from the rest of the party however we do understand waiting for 45 minutes for the original performer can mess up the flow of the evening.
Our original performer was running late and had to rearrange all times. Please note this was due to major delays in roadworks and not doubled booked, which meant bookings were overlapping.
Again we do apologise and we do appreciate your feedback

However, we have checked the record and you booked a Dominatrix stripper and not a Roly Poly through our online system.
A dominatrix stripper is a sexy lady doing a dominatrix show.
We do apologise if you thought we were rude on the phone, we were just trying to inform you actually booked something different to what you thought you booked.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
We had hired a dwarf entertainer to be handcuffed to the bride to be for a hen party. We did not want a stripper as this was not the hen’s cup of tea and thought it would be something light hearted. I had emailed 2 weeks before the even to ensure the dwarf entertainer could still attend.
The hen party was due to kick off at 5pm and the dwarf entertainer due to arrive at 10pm. I arrived at 3pm on the day to set up decorations to ensure everyone could attend. As you can appreciate, organising a hen do involves a lot of admin.
At 12pm I’m the day, I received a texts message advising the dwarf entertainer had to cancel and they were looking into alternatives. As you can appreciate, receiving a text message is disrespectful to say the least and cowardly. You would expect a phone call apologising at the very least.
I then had to call the person I arranged it with to ask him what was going on and what they were doing to rectify it. He kept advising I would get a call back, it took at least 4 calls to eventually receive a call back with confirmation of what was happening.
Unfortunately we had to book a male stripper as there was no other option, at this point it was 3:30pm, Just over an hour before the party were arriving. We weren’t very happy with this as this was not what we had planned or requested. Had we wanted a stripper, we would have organised this in the first place.
The guy who turned up (the only person available that night) had one outfit which was action man. Not the best of costumes, he was quite a lot older than us and had a wedding ring!
After the event, I had complained as I had never actually received a Sorry from anyone. And given the disappointing service we had received had wanted our deposit refunded out of courtesy and considering the bad customer service we had received, we thought this would be the least they could do. Unfortunately the company refused to refund this. Overall the service is APPALLING.

Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback we are sorry about the experience you had when booking the Dwarf. We do our best to ensure the best possible service for all our customers.
Our Dwarf cancelled due to back pain (due to their condition) so this was something we could not of prevented as we were only aware at 11:45am. The replacement performer was something you and our booking team spoke about and both agreed on the alternative 'A funny male stripper' doing a funny routine.
In regards to the deposit paid we informed you we will offer you a 50% discount on the male stripper but we would be unable to refund the deposit as this had to be paid to the stripper to attend.
Again we do apologise about your experience and we are always trying to improve our services.
