Antonia Moldovan was very professional and made the process of booking a viewing and attending the viewing very easy. She also helped me with the application form which was very helpful as I’m not very good with emails and documents. She is a credit to the agency.

Steven Morris has maintained excellent tenant-agent communication with regular updates throughout property maintenance and repairs, making the whole process stress free and transparent.

Excellent service from Chancellors
I was very happy with the experience that I had with Chancellors in Abingdon on the renewal of one of my lettings.
Georgie Jenner did an excellent job in negotiating an increased rent with the tenants, leaving all sides happy.
I have been with this company a long time and have sometimes had cause for complaint with them in the past but the advice and assistance I received on this occasion was exemplary.

Quick maintenance
Very quick at getting back about repairs, but could be useful to have follow ups with contractors as they sometimes take a long time to get in contact.
