I have recently bought a property through Chancellors in Abingdon, and I have to say that the service I have received throughout the whole process has been excellent!
Any questions I had were answered quickly and I was always kept up to date throughout the sale, what more could you want from an estate agent!!

Fredi who has been handling our case has been brilliant always gone the extra mile from day one, making sure everything is in place and updating me daily.
If you are looking to buy or sell your property, then I can personally vouch that you would be in safe hands with Chancellors Abingdon.

India was so helpful. I needed a quick move due to personal circumstances. It was always going be difficult as it was the Christmas period but india helped me to get the ball rolling quickly. I can't thank her enough.

Chancellors arranged for a whole range of activities to take place in the short period between tenancies. This was done faultlessly. I was regularly kept up-to-date by emails and phone calls so that I could respond quickly which was essential to meet the tight deadlines. I am grateful to several staff. Danielle was great. Also to Franki, who gave me a steer on how to respond to the flat being left in an unsatisfactory manner, which I needed. Freya's (probably at Headington branch) views on prospective tenants were appreciated.

I know my purchase was low value, but it would be nice for the agent to keep me in the loop during the purchase. Now that the sale had fallen through thanks to Chancellors not doing their due dilligence, it would also be nice if they replied to my emails or phone calls.

We recently had the pleasure of working with our letting Advisors , Taylor and George, and I can't express enough how wonderful the experience was. From start to finish, they were incredibly fast and efficient, always responding to our inquiries without delay. Their commitment to keeping us updated at every step of the process made everything so much easier and less stressful. Grace Curry is an excellent property manager

Having lived in rented accommodation from different letting agents, Grace Curry is the best property manager I have had. She is responsive and diligent and has made renting notably easier.
