After a challenging round of viewings with other letting agencies, I came to Chancellors in the hope I could find a suitable property when one came on the market. I completed the contact us form and within a matter of minutes, I had an email from James who had sent me a link to a property that matched everything I was looking for. I was brave and put in an offer without viewing and the offer was accepted the next day.

I then arranged a viewing with Patrycja the following week and she was incredibly friendly and professional. She made me feel at ease instantly which helped!

Since then, the communications from both James and Patrycja have been wonderful and nothing feels too much for them. The process of the application and references is good as you can track your progress without having to chase for updates.

A shout out to Jamie in head office too for all her help with the agreement and referencing side. The process with her has been smooth and quickly responds to emails.

I'll be moving in 2 weeks, starting a new life in Aylesbury and I can't thank the team enough for everything they've done. Together, they've made this normally stressful, scary experience, very pain free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend letting your property or finding your home with James and his team.
