I've been contacting several estate agents in the area and these guys were the only ones to respond and guide me through.
James was especially helpful staying in contact and always replying and sending different options.
James has definitely gone above and beyond for me and my family and would highly recommend speaking with him and the team

My partner and I have had are experiencing some ongoing hiccups unfortunately, however, Amy has been a continued and effective source of help throughout. Most of these issues are based on handover from the landlord regarding keys, access to refuse, issues with the parking passes, unsafe cooker etc, but Amy has been very supportive and prompt with resolving the issues so far. She has been in continual contact and kept us up to date on all findings, which has been very reassuring. She has been great support throughout and has done everything she can to assist us. Her customer service is brilliant, and we are very grateful that she has been managing our post move-in.

James from Chancellors in Aylesbury has provided us with A1 service over many months. He has gone above and beyond to try to find us the perfect place. We had some specific requirements we were not willing to budge on and no request we made was too much for James.

Leia Barclay, the lady I spoke to over the phone, was so incredibly friendly and reassuring. I felt listened to and heard, she was willing to help and let me know of the different avenues available to myself and my partner. I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders after speaking with her about properties and our affordability.

Patrycja helped to me to find exactly what I was looking for and has kept me updated throughout the whole time. I’m fairly new to the process of renting and she made it very easy.

James was always in touch during my hunt for a place to live. I was constantly kept updated and got me in one of the only flats that I liked. Top man honestly

To say I’m satisfied with the service received at Chancellor’s, is an understatement. I dealt with an agent called James Livingstone, who exerted the highest level of professionalism, from the start. He was very thorough throughout the entire process and found me a place I am extremely happy with. The best estate agency I’ve ever dealt with.

Setting up the tenancy passport was a hard work. However, James helped is guiding us the way to the tenancy and has been prompt in replying into queries.
