Chancellors Bicester has been outstanding in assisting my partner and me in finding a great rental property. The team was fantastic, especially Noorulhuda Shah, who delivered exceptional service with unwavering support, professionalism, and helpfulness throughout the process. We highly recommend working with her!

I would like to personally thank Ben and Danielle from the lettings team on helping me quickly locate a suitable property in under 2 weeks for an emergency relocation. A few IT hiccups along the way that were quickly resolved to meet the deadlines. My only constructive feedback was I had to initiate getting any updates on the progression and stay on top if anything was outstanding. If they had a dashboard for each individual property letting that showed the progression and what was outstanding or completed this would be very helpful especially for those that English might not be their native tongue. Positive attitude of the letting team in Bicester, and flat now let. My thanks to them. There are many different teams involved in setting up a new tenancy and it would be helpful to know who these are at the start and which team to contact for a specific query. The admin side could be improved, it took 3 attempts to send me a Terms of Business that I could complete. Chancellors use a digital document with fields for completion, but the first two times these fields had a previous persons name, or that the fields weren't cleared for me to enter my details. It was similar with the Tenancy Agreement. I had asked for a few changes, but the initial link again was to incorrect document. The 'My Chancellors' on-line feature for landlords is a great concept, but a few times wouldnt let me download a document and returned an error message, with a link to send the error. I did this twice but never received a response. One of the documents now can be viewed but still not all. It seems that the various Chancellor's teams are being let down by the IT department or outsourced IT company who provide their IT. Danielle in the Oxford Progression team has been really helpful, as has Richard Chaudury Bicester Sales (nothing too much trouble) and Lilianna in Property Management, but as above the IT team is letting the rest of the teams down.

We had our first viewing with Chancellors and found Rav to be very friendly, very informative about the property, as we are thinking of moving into a new area Rav told us all about the local amenities which we found very helpful,

I have never encountered an estate agent like Chancellors that consistently sides with landlords, showing little concern for tenants. They refuse to proceed with necessary work without the landlord's approval, even if the tenant's well-being is at risk. They often place blame on the tenant while flattering the landlord. I strongly advise you to not renting through this agency.

Zsofia , went the extra mile in vouching for us, she knew us from previous tents

Chancellors have been extremely helpful in our search for a property to rent. We had 3 viewings with them this past weekend - 2 of which were with Zsofia. She gave us lots of information whilst at the property and answered all of our questions, she was clearly very familiar with the property. We spent a good deal of time looking around the properties and felt at no point rushed which we have felt with different agencies. Furthermore, Zsofia gets back to us very promptly both over email and with follow up calls! I would definitely recommend Chancellors to anyone looking to rent, particularly in Bicester.

Rav was very polite and informative.

You can tell she is very knowledgeable and confident in the work she does.

We had to try to get a power wheelchair into the property we viewed which wasn't easy, but Rav was helpful and patient; she didn't rush us; she was encouraging and supportive. She helped us measure some of the doorways and corridor widths. We struggled to get the wheelchair out of the property, but Rav remained calm and caring at all times.

Not just that but have provided a lot of help and support with finding myself another property, which is still on going but are willing to support

Zsofia has been really lovely to deal with at Chancellors. She has listened, has engaged with and understood our circumstances, and it feels like a very personal service.
