Ben was incredibly helpful and would always update me on what is happening. Not only that but he was very kind and friendly. I would recommend Chancellors to anyone if they ever needed a housing agency, especially Ben as their agent!

Zsofia, and Chancellors in Bicester was great!, they went above and beyond in helping met rent a property all the way from the Netherlands! I found a lovely home with their assistence

The big thing I liked was the prompt responses to my questions, and everything went really fast, no bureaucratic waiting times at all!

Zsofia was really helpful and proactive in responding to emails and messages - and called us quickly when there was an opportunity to secure a flat we were keen on.

The property in Graven Hill Bicester and the guide price was listed at £325,000. After my first viewing, I made an offer of £325,000. In next day, the chancellors agent informed me that there were three offers on the property, with one being £330,000. Based on this information, I increased my offer to £330,000.

Subsequently, I start processing the relevant documentation with Moving with Us (representing the seller). During our conversation in email, they confirmed that I was the only person who had made an offer on the property and that there were no other offers. They also mentioned that the offers they had received were first offer £320,000 and then the second offer £330,000. I was shocked and perplexed to know that my first offer had been adjusted by the chancellors agent.

Upon realizing that I had been misled, I revised my offer back to £325,000. However, Moving with Us then stated that the correct listing price was actually £335,000 due to an error made by the Chancellors agent, so my offer of £325,000 was rejected.

I am utterly dismayed by the level of unprofessionalism and the miscommunication between two reputable companies. Despite our strong interest in the property, the experience with Chancellors and Moving with Us has left us deeply disappointed and with a lack of trust in the services.

Highly recommended! I will give 100 out of 100 ! Wasted the time with previous estate agents .. but luckily found Chancellors who found the tenant in short time and managed to receive 6 months up front rent payment. Well done guys.👏👏👏

I had an unexpected telephone call from Daniel who was checking that I was okay with their service. Trying to get my head round present legislation. Which this govt persistently changes at the last minute when you think you're complying with their latest swerve from their announcements.
Even their documents in youGov.UK contradict each other.

Polite, punctual and very helpful in helping us find our perfect rented property. Daniel responded to email and calls promptly, and was available late afternoon which worked well for being at work.

Furthermore, all points of importance discussed either on property visits or during phonecalls were then followed up with an email just so that all was kept up to speed and logged efficiently for us to clearly know where we were during each step of the process. From our first meeting withZsofia she has been very efficient, shown lots of empathy towards us. Nothing has been too much trouble and all the questions we asked have been answered clearly and in full. When viewing the property Zsofia was held up in traffic, but she rang us to keep us informed.
