I’m from Essex so a 4 hour drive away, I thought there would be issues with being so far away but Jane handled every thing professionally, and I feel went above and beyond to make it a smooth process for us all. From small things like dropping off and picking up keys, to helping get us approved trades men, nothing was too big or small for Jane to help us with and we are very grateful for all of her help. I am not local to my property and chancellors handled everything for me, they made, what could of been a very stressful situation, ran extremely smoothly. They found us tenants within a day or two. On meeting Jane she was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Throughout the whole rental application process Jane has been there every step of the way. On occasions I was very worried and stressed, Jane immediately put me at ease. Excellent service offered by Jane & the team at the Hay on Wye office when selling a house. Regular updates were given for all aspects of the house sale & it was useful to have access to the online portal where bookings & feedback from viewings was given. We are now using them as a managing agent for a rental property. Would recommend to family & friends & would use again for future sales.
