The agent I spoke to on the phone was polite, friendly and was particularly helpful in both offering me detailed information about the property I was interested in but in particular he assisted me because the details he provided me in discussion enabled me to decide it wasn't suitable. This was enormously helpful because it saved me a lot of time, costs of driving, stress and wasted effort. Although it meant I wouldn't buy that property the honest, knowledgeable approach is so much appreciated that it meant I would be more likely to look at other properties sold by them in future. Thanks for not wasting my time!

This being the first time we have sold a house via Chancellors, The Hereford team has been outstanding, up to and including the offers has been so easy, Tim, the team manager, filled us with confidence on the first day we met, extremely professional in all aspects, this professionalism is carried throughout the team and the majority of the viewing was carried out by Leo, again always leading and keeping us informed every step of the way, last but not least Chris, who introduced the buyer, absolutely up to speed with all aspects of selling the house. We used chancellors to put an offer in for our first home. Chris Dorset is the estate agent dealing with this and has been amazing. Very easy to contact and if we do miss a call from him he always makes sure he sends an email. Very quick at responding to emails and making sure he get all of our questions answered as quickly as possible. He has made this process a lot easier.

We have decided to use Chancellors Estate agents after looking at other agents in the county,we could see that they seemed a popular choice and have not been disappointed. We have received up to date marketing,prompt answers to any questions and have been delighted by the way we have been able to make our own choices on how our property is marketed and potential clients shown around. Great service! Chris and Jake from the Hereford office have been really helpful and very understanding of our preferences.

Jake showed us around one property which we liked very much, and if the immediate location hadn’t been so built up we would have put in an offer.
