I find the staff responsive and helpful - I have recently been dealing with Olivia Bradberry who has been very quick to reply to my emails - sometimes in situations when the turnaround needed is quick. They definitely try to do their best to support the landlord / tenant relationship by providing good service to both. Thank you, your efforts are appreciated.

Tom Adkins was very helpful in helping myself and my partner find our new place.

Although we didn’t go through chancellors in the end we will definitely keep them in mind for the future and we will definitely be asking for Tom again as we feel he really did try to help us in sorting a new place very last minute.

Chancellors is a good agent, they provide a professional service and ensure rent is paid on time. My property manager Shana has also been a great help and provides me with regular updates and information as required which has been very helpful. For future improvements Chancellors should aim to keep the Landlord upto date and informed, recently there were a few issues I was not updated about and had to visit the property myself to identify the issues and recommend action.

Having recently renewed a tenancy through chancelleries I had good fortune to speak to Georgie Jenner at Thameside who very swiftly and professionally assisted in picking this up with the tenant and despite tricky situation she dealt with it so professionally so efficiently the whole process was moving forward in no time. Thank you very much really pleased 5 star ⭐️

Tom from the High Wycombe office has been amazing! We have had regular contact from him throughout the process of looking for rental accommodation and he has been kind, helpful and supportive in all the communications we have had. We have had dealings with so many other estate agents over this last few months and Tom has stood out as a complete star!

We rented through Chancellors for almost 4 years, and had positive experiences the whole way through. At the very end of our tenancy, we had a personal emergency. It's rare to find estate agents who are so people-focussed, but they definitely are.
