Angelika made our buying experience throughout this process as smooth as possible and was there to support us whenever we reached out.

I got to the property's address before the scheduled time 13;30 thinking that I have to hang around till the schedule time. But fortunately for me, the person that will show me the apartment was already there waiting for my arrival. This is an awesome experience and I was able to viewing the apartment without delays.

The High Wycombe team are great. George is extremely approachable, helpful and was a pleasure having him help us find and secure our new property. We were looking for something within a specifically short time range, as we had already agreed our move-out date and hadn't secured our next property with any cross over period. He was especially aware of our particular time constraints and stress we were under and was very sensitive to that- offering the right level of communication throughout, without being too overly pushy. He helped to negotiate and secure the property all within 10 days and we really appreciate his and his team's efforts in making this happen.

George stood out to us from the moment I spoke to him on the phone and the moment we met him in person. It is refreshing to find someone with his kind personality and 'can do' attitude. We instantly wanted to leave him a positive review and help him with career progression in any way we could.

As a company, they operate with an organised and clear process and we were well informed throughout from initial viewing to signing the contract and collecting the keys! The branch and central lettings team work alongside each other efficiently to make the process smooth and coordinated.

We have had a lot of experience letting through various estate agents in London and usually try to avoid the larger companies and prefer to go with independents. However, we have been pleasantly surprised by our experience with Chancellors. The High Wycombe branch team are friendly and super helpful. They work together like a family unit and it's really quite refreshing to feel like they have your best interests at heart. Each member of the team are aware of your individual case and happy to jump on board to help.

We are happy to have found our new property with Chancellors and very impressed with the way the branch has handled the whole experience.

Very helpful for first time buyers

The communication for the appointment to view the house was great! An email followed by two follow up calls were made on the day of appointment. A thorough show around was given with questions answered throughout. Arushah was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property!
Chancellors are great with sending properties that fit my criteria well with regular follow up calls.

I have used Chancellors in September 2022, to sell my 2 bed apartment. viewings have been very few, I don't get any updates. I feel they can do far better on the marketing of my flat.

From beginning to end, the people at Chancellors have been easy to deal with, straight talking, and very focused on my needs as their customer.
