Chancellors - High Wycombe レビュー 

Trying to get anything fixed is like drawing blood from a stone. Communication is glacial and responses incredibly condescending, furthermore I suspect our agent is not being transparent with us or our landlord. But when they need something from us they call incessantly.

As much as Chancellors has attempted to resolve some of the issues I faced when renting a property from them, I cannot get over how appalling they were at the beginning, no care for the contract agreement, calling me a liar etc. it’s not good, they have slowly but surely tried to make things right but it’s something that happened that will always colour my view of them. Charlotte who is now my main poc for property issues has been good, she has been on call to support whenever there has been an issue with the property and has done what she can to help resolve things, unfortunately Chancellors in my opinion doesn’t have the best choice when it comes to contractors for property repairs etc, leaving you days or weeks with issues that go unresolved. It’s not been a pleasant experience unfortunately.

Chancellors really goes the extra mile. Extremely happy with them so far… They deliver!

Well I was in a pickle and the agent at chancellor even though was swamped with calls. At least 50 plus calls messages and emails begging for her attention. She main focused at the task at hand and sat and listened to what I was looking for. And offered solutions. And I felt she went above and beyond what most agents would have done in the circumstances. And I thank the for her service and dedicated.

Henry was amazing. Helped me and my partner find a house, he looked everywhere until he found us a lovely new home.

Great manners and knowledge about properties as well as helping with imaging myself living in the property

Dominic kept us regularly up to date throughout the viewings process and was helpful and polite on the phone. He was genuinely pleased for us when we accepted an offer on our house. Along with Richard we've felt well supported and informed throughout the process of selling our home.
