She was prompt and efficient at returning calls, rang when she said she would even if it was after hours, information provided was professional, informative and helpful. Her attention to detail and knowledge of her business is impressive, and in particular her explanation of how search engines operate when potential tenants search for properties within certain price bands was spot on. It worked. Her advice produced more enquiries. She was friendly, on time for appointments, smartly turned out, always had a ready smile, and although she speaks very fast I could hear and understand every word she said in her clear pronunciation. After deciding it was time to find a place to rent myself I had contacted chancellors with regards to a couple of their properties. Shai contacted me very quickly and even managed to schedule a very short notice viewing for me!
