Andrew Mapp has done a great job on our behalf in both negotiations and keeping us informed.

Have used other estate agents in the past, however Chancellors Kington branch have been outstanding especially Andrew Mapp - with fantastic communication and are always willing to answer any queries, would highly recommend this estate agent.

We viewed a property in Norton with Emily Green.
She was very helpful and well informed about the property.
Given the challenging circumstances of this particular property sale and her relative lack of experience she made every effort to inform us of the circumstances in a clear, honest and diplomatic manner.
My wife has a disability and she quickly picked up that we needed extra time and care in seeing the more challenging parts of the property.
Emily was very professional and engaging, I think you are fortunate to have found such a person to join your team.

terrible experience, badly managed account, gave out personal data, head office awful and faceless, but quick enough to take your money.

A great house visit to Sunset Cottage in Kington, because the estate agent Emily Green was friendly and open and honest about the property. When we asked questions she was clear if she knew or not, she knew the property so could explain it to us and was accommodating when viewing sheds etc.
When arranging the viewing when I first rang up it was an easy process and they were completely flexible to our timing on viewing.
