Chancellors are a friendly and very helpful team. I noticed there was always someone in the office to answer the call. I couldn't fault Sophie, who showed me round the property, She was there on time, she was warm and cheerful yet very professional.

My experience with Chancellors Kington has been excellent. As a buyer of property, they were very keen to make sure my offer was genuine and could reasonably be completed successfully.
One of the nice touches was on viewing. It is always nice to be allowed space to explore without an agent hovering - Sophie allowed us space but was available to answer any questions. When we made our offers she secured responses from the seller quickly.
Communication was at all times clear and timeously dealt with.
Although there was a fair amount of offer validation before the house we were offering on was marked Sold STC, it was actually reassuring that they were so thorough. If I were selling a house I would feel confident that offers were properly vetted before viewings were halted.
All in all a good experience and certainly I would highly recommend.

Andy is both very friendly and professional and works hard to ensure that both the person selling and the person buying the property are both happy and satisfied. Everytime I have needed to talk to him to ask a question he has contacted me back straight away and has answered any questions I have with clarity and honesty. I have never bought a house before so this whole process is new to me. I feel confident that I could ring Andy up at any point and that he would talk me through anything that I might find daunting with regards to paperwork or anything I might not fully understand. I have nothing but positive things to say about Andy and our experience so far.

Chancellors at Kington have at all times been attentive and reactive to all of our directives and requests. The behind the scenes staff have also been in touch on a regular basis. In a difficult market they have now secured a sale on our property and achieved a realistic price. They have at all times been friendly and helpful and Alex negotiated the final deal to our great satisfaction. I would recommend this branch to anyone.

We have used Chancellors ( Kington and Llandrindod Wells ) now for both sales and rental and have found them to be very responsive and professional. Most recently we have been dealing with Mr Andrew Mapp of the Kington office to complete a sale of one of our rental properties. The property details were advertised very quickly and two serious buyers were found within weeks of the first conversation. Mr Mapp has dealt with the negotiations and achieved a price we are happy with. We will be using Chancellors again.

Initial meeting in offices went very well but wrong email address taken. Viewing confusion over date and time caused minor hiccup. Valuation survey excellent.
