Excellent Customer Care and Service
Rebecca the Sales Manager was excellent with gaining appropriate potential buyers. Both the team & Rebecca undertook the viewings. Each step of the way we were updated & involved in all aspects of marketing the property.
Maria the After Sales Progression Manager was amazing at managing the smooth progression of the sale through challenging circumstances, continually updating us and the buyers to ensure the sale was maintained. Maria built strong relationships with the solicitors, buyers & us. Maria's extensive experience meant that all issues were dealt with efficiently & in a timely calm manner.
Highly recommend Chancellors as professional, customer focused and very supportive.
