Used Chancellors (Leominster) to sell my in-laws property.
We were kept fully informed of any viewings and feedback from prospective buyers.
Also weekly update on progression of the house sale (unfortunately not in the case of the solicitors).
Excellent communication and service throughout. Would not hesitate to use them again.

It was useful to have an identified person to deal with. Natalie Palmer was the agent, she was friendly, helpful and she kept us informed on the progress of our purchase. It was useful that Natalie would send us an email summarising any telephone contact. Natalie also gave us information about the local area which was good as we had come from another area.

Natalie was so lovely during the process of selling my house. Always cheerful and helpful and friendly.

Extremely understanding and helpful in regards to individual requirements when buying a home.

Very friendly, prompt, listen to our wishes and tried to find the best deal for us.

My wife and I have recently viewed a property marketed by Chancellors. We have found the Sales Negotiator (Natalie Palmer) to be polite and knowledgeable about the product and the area. Any questions we have, she either gives an answer immediately or gets back to us in a reasonable time frame. Not all estate agents do this!

Everyone has been so responsive and timely that we had very little to worry about through the entire process.
In particular the weekly updates on progress or internet hits has been very welcome.
It had also been a joy to hear Natalie’s bright and cheerful voice as she checks in with us and ensures feedback is on time and useful. Well done all !
