Chancellors estate agents are so much more professional compared to the other ones I’ve dealt with recently. They make it easy for you, especially as a first time buyer. They are polite, friendly and most important thing of all they don’t push you. I dealt with Amy from Lightwater. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!This is worst estate agent,they are dishonest and corrupted..First they look like lookaftering you after that they are totally disappointing..NEVER TRUST THEM!!!

Our experience with the team has been very good especially when the chain of our property broke down, they phoned through their database and within a couple of days we were back on track, a new buyer! Whilst this Agency and Marketing staff successfully achieved a sale for me, I have to thank Mr. K Kelly I believe, in the professional way that he enthused potential buyers during an intensive day of visitors, resulting in several offers and bids from potential buyers.
I am critical of the way in which I believe that my Garden, a major part of the area for sale, did not feature positively in supporting the price and the description of the plot on sale. For this, I created my own leaflet of pictures to hand out to visitors and to illustrate what could have been achieved by a better initial internet description.

Kieran was excellent, replied quickly and dealt with everything really well. Super impressed.

Matt was instrumental in enabling our offer to purchase a property to be accepted.

He kept in touch and gave regular updates and dealt with matters in a courteous and professional manner at all times.

Since our offer has been accepted, Matt has gone back to the vendors quickly with any enquiries we have raised and has come back to us with the necessary answers.
