Great experience with property management
We had a great experience with Molly Adams, who helped us with the finances and end of tenancy settlement by handling a very tricky situation with professionalism, politeness and being persuasive.
This meant we were able to reach a satisfactory conclusion within a quick timeframe.

Poor communication and a lack of professionalism
We placed a holding deposit on a property and then heard absolutely nothing from Chancellor’s for days. Despite calling five or six times, not once did they call to manage our expectations. we only found out several working days later that the landlord had gone with another applicant, no mention of our holding deposit, the lack of professionalism was staggering. The whole experience felt like dealing with a disorganised kindergarten. Completely unacceptable.

Don't answer phone
My elderly mum chose Chancellors as a dual agent to sell her home quickly due to being in a broken chain. She told them the urgency and they said they had many people who were looking for a property like hers. No viewings were forthcoming so that was the usual estate agent lie. 4 days after taking photos still not on Rightmove or on their own website or window display.
The worst thing though, every time she rang them, there was no answer (9 times) She left messages but wasn't called back. How are they supposed to sell your home if potential viewers can not make an appointment?
Avoid.
