Since 2012 Andrew Jourdain and his team at the Richmond office have been excellent at helping us with our rental property, always giving us friendly and very professional advice as well as sourcing excellent trouble free tenants. We highly recommend him.

The reason I use Chancellors is because of the expertise of Andrew Jourdain. He has an excellent grasp of both the local and national market which has helped me secure the right tenants at a sensible rate. Very professional and approachable he has a can do approach to any problems. This takes away the hassle that I could face as a landlord. Having used other agents over the years in Richmond I would rate him the best of all !

Booked a viewing for a property in Kew. Was not told viewing was an open house, viewing was chaotic, and images were edited to make property appear clean and in good condition, when it was run-down and damp. When asked basic questions about the property agent responded to the following questions with following answers;

I work from home, what internet provider does the flat get? "A good one i think".

Do you know who lives in neighbouring flats, whether its families or couples? "They're all occupied"

Will actively avoid using Chancellors from now on.

Tafouse was very welcoming. With his helpful attitude, he gave us all the information we needed about the property. Helpful answers were given to all our questions during the interview. We were enabled to find solutions to all the question marks in our minds regarding the later stages of the process. Highly recommendable!
