The lettings team at Richmond are excellent especially Andrew. They came highly recommended and have always been professional and very helpful when I have asked many questions. Their knowledge of the property market is second to none and they always give good advice. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Andrew Jourdain was very helpful and accommodating when we signed up to rent our property through Chancellors and I have been very impressed with how he checks in to make sure things are ok periodically, provides assistance with any issues or concerns I have. We are a year in now and I would highly recommend Andrew.

I have known and dealt with Andrew Jourdain for 6.5 years now and he has provided a first class service in every regard, both rental and sales services and guidance. He is fantastic at resolving arising issues quickly and without fuss. Highly recommendable!!

We have had a good experience with Chancellors. In particular, Andrew from the Richmond office who has shown us an incredible amount of support with our ongoing issues with our landlord who continues to break the tenancy agreement. Andrew has been able to provide us with a 3rd opinion, advice on how to move forward and has answered any questions we have had.

Since taking over the management of our property I have found Jasmine Kimani to be excellent. She is very responsive to any/all our queries getting back to us very promptly. Rather than having to chase her on what is happening she proactively keeps us up to date. She is by far the best property manager we have had to date - please don’t move her from our account!

Booked a viewing for a flat in Richmond which I traveled 2 hours for and the agent never showed up. Wasn’t able to contact anyone on the numbers given in the email and tried to go to their office which should have been open based on what was said on the website and it was shut. Completely wasted my Saturday afternoon. Sure the landlord would be pleased to know the letting agent they’ve paid to help let their property cant be bothered to show up to show the property to prospective tenants.

I had a deposit return issue, Jasmine Kimani helped me to solve this problem, the services are very satisfing.

Excellent service

Chancellors have come through again! After a very happy experience of letting our Richmond flat for many years, we have just completed on the sale of the property after a really tricky negotiation with a problematic chain. The whole Chancellors team came together to ensure a successful outcome, they kept going and never gave up! Special shout-out to Martha, Eve, Angelika and Andrew. Thank you all very much.

We attempted to buy a flat advertised by Chancellors. 5 months later, we had to give up and lost thousands in the process. The property had been falsely adverstised to us (sold with a garden and parking which we later found out the property has no legal rights to). As soon as we told them about the issue, they just starting ignoring us and refused to offer any help. The craziest part is that the directors of the company have been made aware but think it is acceptable, and the property has now been readvertised with the same lies! How they can legally get away with it is insane. Don't waste your time and money with this agency, there are way better agents available, as we have now discovered.

Katie from Chancellors was very professional and friendly when she called and everything was done very speedily. Very happy in general with all the services that were carried out by Chancellors in Richmond had would be very happy to recommend them.

We have been letting properties with Andrew Jourdain for more than a decade and have always found him to be efficient and helpful in every aspect over all these years. He resolves any matter with the greatest of efficiency and goes the ‘extra mile’ to ensure the best possible outcome, which we appreciate greatly.
