Over the years Chancellors have been excellent and reliable.Most recently Ben Newman has been hugely helpful and has gone to extra lengths to keep me informed and aware-very grateful.

All the team were wonderful to work with, they helped out on some of the tricky obstacles i faced on working out how to upload things on the referencing application, especially as some of us are not that comfortable with using a computer.

Brilliant service all round.

Absolutely cannot fault the service we have received from Chancellors. Ben Newman was a delight from start to finish. He kept us in the loop, solved problems efficiently and made the whole process super smooth.

Overall, my experience could have been smoother.

The property listing did not include internal photos, which made it a bit difficult to fully understand the property before arranging a viewing.

During the viewing, the staff member (Lily) seemed not to have full information about the property and was unable to answer some of my questions. It would be helpful if staff could be better prepared for viewings.

In addition, communication around key collection on the move-in day could have been clearer. When I visited the branch in person to check on the progress, I was advised to wait for an email, but no further information or assistance was provided at the time. The process was still ongoing on the day, and I was only able to collect the keys around midday, which was slightly inconvenient.

That said, I would like to thank Noorulhuda Shah for helping to resolve the situation promptly and for calling me as soon as the keys were ready to collect.

I hope this feedback is helpful and can contribute to improving the experience for future tenants.

Vassna and Katie worked very effectively to get my property let. Both of them were very professional and provided a great service, keeping me updated and communication between myself and the tenant was managed efficiently.

I was represented by several helpful employees at chancellors whilst trying to secure my tenancy agreement.

All members of the team I dealt with were extremely professional and responsive and answered every question I had.

Ben Newman in particular was very thorough and quick in his responses and helped simplify lots of things which made the whole process seamless and fast.

Would highly recommended using Chancellors if you are looking for a quick and professional tenancy.
