As a first time buyer this process could not of been made easier by the absolutely outstanding Maria.
The level of communication was just phenomenal.
At no point was I unsure of anything, a truly outstanding service from Maria that I could not be more grateful for.
I would happily rate higher than a 5 star review if I could.
Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service from Chancellor’s Estate Agents. From start to finish, Miles’ team were professional, proactive, and genuinely committed to getting our sale over the line. When our first buyer’s sale fell through and we had to put the house back on the market, the High Wycombe team pulled together with fresh, creative ideas to remarket the property - no small achievement in such a sluggish market.

Maria was the one who pushed for completion when things got slow, and without her persistence and organisation I’m not sure we’d have reached the finish line when we did. She kept us informed at every stage, always with clarity and reassurance, and made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable.

We’re incredibly grateful for her hard work and dedication too. Would highly recommend Chancellor’s to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely goes above and beyond.

I found Daniel and James at the Thame branch friendly and supportive throughout the emotional process of selling my late sister’s home. Communication was excellent and timely and once an offer had been accepted, Maria at the specialist Bracknell office supported me brilliantly through the legal process through to exchanging contracts and I am sure will be on hand if anything further is required. (Completion is due to take place in just under 2 weeks as I write).

Chancellors provided an excellent service throughout the sale of my property. They acted promptly and maintained clear, concise communication at every stage.

The only challenges I encountered were delays caused by the solicitors and management company, which extended the overall process. However, Katherine B from Chancellors was proactive in helping to move matters forward on my behalf. Her dedication, persistence, and support were instrumental in bringing the sale to completion, and I am very grateful for her efforts and professionalism.

Maria in the sales progression team was fantastic and kept me up to date on all aspects of my sale, which got very tricky near the end due sot issues lower down the chain.

I had a great experience with Chancellors specifically with the team that deals with sales once an offer is agreed. Maria was the perfect bridge between us and the seller and helped the transaction flow smoothly.
