Chancellors - Specialist Sales レビュー 

A review for Shelby Chandler-Wootton as she was our middle to last contact who helped achieve what we thought was the impossible. She went out of her way to make sure our buyer was getting stuff done. We believe between her and a 3rd party involved with the purchase of our new home, they got this done on time! We thank you so much for pushing our buyer because we soon learnt a few weeks after moving that they had absolutely no interest in living in our old home and have now LET this out thus confirming why it was more stressful waiting on them getting documents sent (they didnt really care it seemed, either too layed back or incompetent). We genuinely thought we were going to lose our buyer 1 week before Completion and by this point, both us and our sellers were already underway with moving and selling items. Shelby did what she could to get this over the line so we thank you!

My experience of the service provided By Akansha Misra has been great. All through the sales process she has been amazing, keeping me updated, chasing the other parties involved and is always cheerful and friendly. She is a credit to Chancellors Specialist Sales team.

Very good no issues helped the house purchase through for a smooth process.

Firstly I will say that the entire team effort at Chancellors has been superb initially from Kirsty and Jordan and the team in Carterton. However, once the offer was in that's the point we met Shelby and really got the customer service experience. She is truly a master at what she does. Not only calming nerves through the difficult parts of the transaction but continually stepping into the breach with other Estate Agents and the solicitors involved to add value and keep the whole process moving forwards.
Shelby is an absolute star and deserves the recognition that I am sure she receives.

I had reservations when putting our property on the market with Chancellors as they told us the aftersales is handled by a separate team, how wrong could I have been. A super efficient person called Leeann continually chased ours and our buyers solicitors to get the ball rolling and regularly kept us up to date. As with all house sales a little way to go but all good so far.

Maria the sales progressor was fantastic, she was always contactable, informative, did as she said she would and kept us in the loop throughout. Max the sales agent was great, he helped us from our first viewing to handing over the keys, the continuity made the process so much easier. Chancellors provided a great service overall.
