Shelby was fantastic she did everything she could to keep all parties involved up to date and worked so hard to get it all to go as smoothly as possible. It was an absolute brilliant service she worked so very hard I would highly recommend anyone selling or buying to work with Shelby

Shelby and Leanne were excellent at ensuring our sale and purchase never stalled with their continuous follow up of other parties in the chain. Without Shelby’s determination I very much doubt we would have achieved exchange and completion within the 11-12 weeks the whole process took. We have never used an estate agent that has a sale progression team before and would definitely use Chancellor’s again. Overall our whole experience with the Chancellor’s team (including their sales team) has been very professional with prompt responses to our queries.

Briar (Jones) was fantastic from the start. She stepped over and above our expectations by being knowledgeable, helpful and a wonderful person who kept me informed at all times, and was always there to answer my questions. We had a difficult time due to my buyers solicitor being shut down after we had exchanged and the support and advice I received from Briar was second to none. Overall I couldn’t have expected more from her, and I am so happy that I chose Chancellors.

Maria Davies who was the my appointed person from the sales profession team was extremely professional, the communication was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.
