James has been fantastic throughout the entire process for us. He has worked extremely hard despite difficult circumstances from the other side. He has helped this be a lot less stressful than it would have been and has made himself available to be contacted at all times. We can’t thank James enough for his efforts.

Recently my partner and I completed on our first house, and working with Tanja Margaric who looked after our file at Chancellors was an absolute pleasure. We ran into a number of issues with our solicitor throughout the process, mainly communication delays (or no response at all), and Tanja was the sole reason we got through it in one piece. She called us at least once a week to provide us with an update on what was happening behind the scenes, which helped put our minds at ease during delays. She was very organised, friendly and clear with her communication, following up every call with an email in case you were to forget any pieces of critical info.
I'd highly recommend Chancellors to others when going through the house purchasing process.

Please avoid this agency at all costs. Had at least 4 sales progressors during my drawn out sale and the comms were ABYSMAL. There is a reason they can't keep staff. It was a miracle my property ever sold and I think a lot of that was down to the buyer and myself avoiding the agent.

I'm not normally a complainer but save yourselves the pain.

We have moved several times in the past and experienced complications but this time the stress levels were on another level. Briar has been a star. She has liaised with solicitors and buyers in the chain and kept putting pressure on them to keep things moving as well as getting back to us keeping us informed throughout the whole process. Shelby was great. Really helped push my purchase.

Everyone is communicating over all platforms ie telephone email and if they can’t immediately get you they email or leave a message and have been very through throughout the whole process even when it’s been difficult for all parties to get an agreement we got there thanks to some presitant work for Tanja Maria and the rest of the team at chancellor’s thank you all for you very hard work

After a buyer had been found we were transferred to the Sales Progression Team. Initially the service we received was poor. We were informed that a staff member had left and our case was taken over by James Johnson. There were delays but James chased up both the buyers and the legal team and kept us updated. I never met James, but he was professional and friendly when we spoke.

Dorina was lovely to work with and was good at pushing to get us over the last few hurdles to complete. Thank you
