Dean at Chancellors St Johns Wood worked tirelessly to see the deal through. At times coordinating with multiple tiers of the chain to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. His experience and professionalism navigated some difficulties experienced in the transaction chain to ensure the intended outcome prevailed.

Professional and objective - and got good price!

This agency is a significant issue. Mold was present in the flat; they claimed it was not mold but dirt based on the photos. The deposit was returned 2.5 months later, following daily reminders. Throughout this period, they lacked our details and suggested legal action to retrieve the deposit.

Everyone at Chancellors worked hard to sell our property.

Have been with Chancellors for quite a while and we're very happy with their property management service - especially being away from the country. They have helped to streamline communications between us and tenants and also have helped with liaising with contractors for any necessary works in a very efficient manner.

I went through Chancellor's to rent a flat. The agent was super responsive and once the offer was accepted Amy took care of everything. She was extremely responsive to emails and calls.

Hussein from Chancellors was proactive in progressing his clients sale and was accessible for questions and making appointments. Chancellors (SJW) were professional in all their contacts. Hussein dealt with the sales progression and was proactive in this matter, which was resolved in a timescale to suit all parties.

The only negative was the Chancellors dedicated sales progression team who are not at St Johns Wood branch, who made initial contact and were never heard from again. This was resolved by the branch team ensuring matters progressed
