Excellent communication in keeping us updated

George has been great, he fitted us in really quickly and communication has been amazing. When I first arrived at the viewing it was clear he had built a great rapport with the vendors of the property, which put me at ease straight away. I didn't feel rushed and he was able to answer all questions very honestly. I had a 2nd viewing as soon as I asked and was informed my offer had been accepted very quickly. I had recently had a bad experience with another local agent and he really helped us with this and we are both so thankful for his help. I highly recommend him!

Ryan kept in touch throughout. Called most days to check I was happy and comes across as a sincere individual; a rare commodity in the world of property.

My Sales Negotiator has been so very helpful in ,making sure that I heard about a particular property I was interested in. Organized a viewing and dealing with my offer. I feel confidant that he will continue to work towards a satisfactory outcome for me. He has followed up on any questions I have asked and at this time is continuing to do so.

George, the agent who showed us around, couldn’t have been more helpful. Especially when we were running late due to traffic and then met with a road closure - George came to collect us. He gave us all the time we needed and was very knowledgable about the property. Top marks!

Ryan Graydon came to value my house on 22/0722. After viewing the house and giving me his valuation of £1.25 million, he outlined a plan of action, which effectively made it clear to viewers making an offer that we were not interested in figures below £1.15 million. Ryan added that if we failed to get any offers of interest after a month of viewing, we would need to reduce the minimum price further. Thankfully, we did not have to do this, as the 17th viewing produced an offer of ££5,000 above our minimum. Throughout the whole procedure, I was most impressed by Ryan's clarity of thought and ability to think ahead and I also found him a very pleasant person to deal with.

I was very impressed that George was on time, polite, and gave me plenty of time to do the viewing.

George was professional and friendly always showing consideration for my situation. He always contacted me on advance of viewings and made arrangements that were convenient. He also gave lots of help as I have 2 cats at my house and checked they were let back in.

The service that I received from Justin and his team was excellent. They provided up to date reports and regular calls to discuss the progress. Everything has gone so smoothly and Justin's friendly manner was greatly appreciated and helped to simplify the process for me.
