I want to give a big shoutout to Megan. She very kindly showed myself and my mother the house that we are going to let. Megan briefed back everything we asked and was super helpful.

Emily was extremely friendly and prompt when we met her for a viewing. Great service and went above and beyond for us when we struggled to get the vendor to agree to let us view. Thank you Emily!

I was with Chancellors for 7 months or so. It started not so well when I was managed by 2 people who have since left. I must also say that at the start I failed to notice the 6 month sign-up but that was my fault for not reading the docs clearly enough, and I experienced a fairly hard-sell of the Chancellors panel solicitor (for an fee payable up front). I refused this as I saw no point and this was fortunate as the property didn't ultimately sell. After that initial hiccup Emily Healey was assigned to manage my viewings and this was a totally improved service. Really professional, friendly and always giving a good, thorough feedback of the viewings and update on the whole progress. If you get Emily as your salesperson you'll definitely be in good hands!

When looking for a property to rent I contacted Chancellors, I spoke with Megan and we arranged several viewings in the area. I explained to Megan that I wanted the appointment times of viewings close together as during the pandemic no where was open to wait, and we were using public transport to travel to the area for viewings.

Megan was able to facilitate this so there wasn't a long wait between viewings which wasn't easy to do especially with people wfh during the pandemic. After seeing a property we realised we wanted to move forward with an offer. Megan helped make that happen and by the end of the day it had been accepted.

Since then we have completed all the necessary paperwork in a quick and efficient time frame.
Megan was punctual, friendly, professional and happy to help us in our search for a new property during the pandemic lockdown.
