Chancellors advisor, Hannah, has been really helpful and professional. She has explained me everything with clarity. She has also replied to my questions showing competence and patience.

The whole team at Surbiton Chancellors has made finding a new home easy, efficient and safe. They provide excellent, professional service from start to finish. I’d highly recommend them for both landlords and tenants. They certainly know what they’re doing. Many thanks to the whole team involved.

Excellent support throughout. Mainly spoke to Hannah. She was supportive and kind. Occasionally also spoke to Sam who also helped to resolve issues and expedite the process. Thorough and comprehensive process.

I was contacted very quickly about a property I was interested in and able to view it within a couple of days of registering interest. Hannah Amirjani was prompt to reply and really helpful! As a first time renter I was put at ease immediately and felt comfortable asking any questions I might have.

Had good experience with Hannah - viewing the same property twice and open for negotiations being put through to the LL.

The viewing procedure was quick and efficient, I was communicated with well the whole time, Hannah was very friendly and informative, and listened to everything I had to say.

Hannah was on time and ready for our viewing. She showed us around the flat and answered all of our questions with her bubbly and nice personality. The thing is, this was our first viewing experience in the UK and to be honest with you we didn't know what we were doing or even what we were expecting. From the onset Hannah was very professional with dealing with my situation she has mad a very difficult part of Life moving on my own easer than expected , thank you so much for making this New experience stress free and will highly recommend you to family and friends.

Originally, we had an appalling and disastrous experience with Chancellor’s office manager in the Surbiton branch, which resulted to two complaints to Head Office. We experienced extremely poor customer service from him, including misleading information which may have led us to accept an offer £30000 below what we eventually achieved for the house sale. Our complaints were not dealt with adequately at head office and we were planning to cancel our contract when the contract period ended. Anyone considering using Chancellors, please watch out for the contract period and sole agency rights, which tend to be slipped into the contract.
Following the rapid departure of the office manager, we started dealing with Shyam Zameer, the sakes negotiator, who completely restored our faith in the estate agency profession. Zameer provided an excellent level of customer service, was both responsive and proactive. It was due to him solely that we achieved a rapid sale, following the departure of his colleague. My rating is 3 stars which reflects the mixed service level received. I wound give 0 stars for Keiron Hogan, the office manager who originally dealt with us but 5 star + for Zameer. I do hope that Chancellors will note this review and give Zameer the credit he deserves!

Amazing service by Hannah and Chancellors. Fixed appointment, viewed , application filled, Landlord acceptance , final confirmation done deal. Communication maintained throughout . Thanks again and keep it up. Merry xmas and new year in advance !
