Feedback on House Viewing Experience
Though we have not yet made a decision regarding the purchase, I would like to specifically commend Aisha, who facilitated the viewing.
Aisha was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the process. She took the time to explain every detail we needed to know about the property, answering all our questions clearly and with patience. What stood out the most was how comfortable and at ease she made us feel. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision, which is something we truly value in such an important process.

Aysha Groves, of Chancellors Witney showed us around six properties in one day. Aysha was highly professional, smart and very personable. She is a credit to her company. She also showed a good level of care on behalf of the vendors when leaving each property.

If I could I would give 0 stars
If I could I would give 0 stars. Renting managed property has been nothing but a frustrating experience. Reported issues not resolved. Emails not responded to. Special terms within rental agreement not adhered to. Never ever will I entertain using this company for anything again.

Delisha has brilliant
Delisha has a very passionate attitude to customers. I felt interest and sympathy in her voice. I have been talking to several people in Chancellor and they souned very generic, no interest.

Chancellors Estate Agents at Witney Oxfordshire have been efficient, speedy ànd transparent. Would I recommend them manage or sell another property, yes yes. they have all been pleasant and helpful. Great work Stephanie on the lettings and Cameron on the sales but all those working in their office have been great
