The agent was very responsive to our needs, and took initiative to call us about a new rental property that suited our requirements, which we ended up getting. She was very quick to handle documentation and get confirmation from the landlord, and was responsive to our questions. This was ideal for us, as we were needing a place to rent urgently. Overall she really helped us make a stressful situation resolve quickly, which we're thankful for.

He was so helpful with my enquiry, providing me with lots of great advice and seemed to be genuinely interested in my house search, was a delight to speak to which is not something I can say for other experiences I have had with other estate agents - fingers crossed all my exchanges with the team at Chancellors during my hunt will be the same!

He had arranged a viewing for a flat that met my needs, was charismatic and informative, and when I expressed my worries or concerns he was very quick to keep me calm and relaxed.
