Chancellors provided a robust strategy to sell my bungalow, the process was launched in agreed time frames and with a good result. I am pleased with the overall performance so far, just need to get the contracts signed and its a first class job done.

Serena of Chancellors, Woking has been very attentive to our needs and keeping us up to date in our search. She has identified a potential purchase for us and made an appointment for us to view the property. She sounds delightful and evidently knows her business well.

I must say it was an excellent viewing experience. Serena gave me call in the morning to confirm my viewing plan is still on. She was as punctual as midnight; I was 6 mins late though - sorry about that. She showed me two flats and answered all the questions I had especially around ground rent, service charge, age of the property, reason for sale etc. She allowed me take required time to view the flats thoroughly and ask any questions I had. I really liked her positive attitude, enthusiasm, the way she interacted with me (with smile and respect) and her professionalism.

I had rented the house from chancellors, I had worse experience, they promised to get house professionally cleaned and get the damaged bed removed from the property before i move but nothing was done and im paying the rent for something i cant live. Useless company never rent or buy property from them

Very professional, not pushy as Seymours Woking, and they showed nice and spacious apartments to us. I highly recommend them!

Salim was really helpful from putting in the offer and closing the rental for us. The communicatiuon was very efficient and professional.I would certainly recommend contacting salim for any requirements in the area.

What is not to like. Chancellors, Recommended.

We've had a tricky time with tenants this time around with many repairs being needed to be done and a very difficult tenant. Eleanor has been outstanding in managing everything and keeping everything on track. Her communication is prompt and she has restored my faith in Chancellors! Thanks Eleanor for all that you do......!

I wanted to write a review as good Estate Agents are few and far between these days. The team at Chancellors in Woking have been brilliant! They are so helpful, attentive and supportive. They have saved me a lot of time and stress during my search and have found me a property that ticks all the boxes (and there were a lot of boxes!) The entire team have been great and in particular Dylan Hunt. The customer service they have provided has made the process so much easier than I thought it would be, their recommendation of excellent solicitors has saved me a lot of time and stress too.
