Dexter was very helpful and gave us great advice as we are first time renters.

Chancellors have been excellent with their correspondence and communication with me from the beginning. They have also been particularly understanding with how difficult I am to get a hold of :). Serena has been our main point of contact, and she's been amazing from the get go - keeping in touch with us, and being accommodating with our availability.

Serena was by far the most pleasant and bubbliest estate agent I have ever come across. We felt extremely welcomed and she was very friendly to chat to and answered all our questions with so much detail. I spoke with Thiana Aidoo over the phone regarding my search for a new house. She was incredibly professional and made me feel most welcome. She is a real asset to the team in Woking. Although I didn't end up purchasing I would 100% recommend Chancellors and to ask to speak with Thiana.

Serena provenzano has been absolutely fantastic on helping up with the sale of our house, we have evidence (doggy cameras) of a very professional attitude but easy to talk to and had most of the answers the buyers needed, for those she didn't know she contacted us for the information in a prompt timely fashion. As it was our first time selling Serena was very helpful in letting us know what to expect and what would be needed from us. And to top it all Serena actually got more than our asking price. We couldn't have been more happy with her selling our house.
Serena was thoughtful and compassionate and very hard working throughout, and is still there for us should we have a question.

Thiana at Chancellors gave me the time to explore the property and all the facilities available. Another recent viewing by a different Agent was the total opposite and very hurried. Well done Thiana you are a credit to the company. Chancellors do things properly for both the vendor and the buyer.
