I took in an old external hard drive with a lot of treasured memories on that I thought was lost forever, and they managed to restore all the files fully. I had it all back a day later which was brill. It did cost £90 which seemed a bit steep initially, I've been told of other places that charge much more and given how important the stuff on there was, it was wise money to spend. The staff were great and very friendly, they kept me updated throughout the whole process.

I took my ancient desktop PC to Chandlers for help with an obscure long-term power on and loading problem.
Mike Daly rang me later the same day to report fully on diagnostic tests done and why there was little chance of a successful repair.
I went in by appointment the next day when he explained face-to-face further investigations done and why it could not be cost-effective to pursue repairing and that a replacement was the answer. All of this was put into a written report.
I chose a refurbished replacement desktop and they are going to help with getting it loaded and operational.
I was impressed by the speed of attention and apparent thoroughness.
I had lost confidence in my previous local computer service shop which is why I turned to Chandler.

As expected, superb service by an experienced, professional but very friendly team. Highly recommended for all pc users: for business and pleasure. Knowing they are there is most reassuring.

The guys at Chandler’s went above and beyond. My 13 year old son had a custom-made gaming PC for his birthday. We were so impressed by the service and expert advice given to our son through the process, making it easy for him to understand and he had a thorough demonstration of the PC before we collected it . Carl and Mike were really professional, and very accommodating, and the after care they provided is hard to match. This was the Best Buy for us and the best shopping experience and birthday present for our son.

Chandlers are a boom to we older folks because they explain technology in a way we ancient brits can understand. This is unique in my experience.
I cannot recommment them mor highly.

I paid for my sons laptop to be repaired. It took longer than they advised however seemed fixed when we eventually got it back. It worked for about four weeks then the same problem returned. I rang the store and spoke to the manager who was rude and lied about what work had been carried out. He refused to accept any responsibiity and said he would only look at it if i paid again. After i refused to pay again he said he wouldn't fix it anyway if i did pay and to go elsewhere. I am outraged by his behaviour and unproffessional approach. Fifty pound for them to not fix the problem only give it a short term fix. Would defo not recommend, be careful when using the company.
