We found Chandlers extremely helpful, even during the current lockdown.

Excellent with the professional service provided

Needed a yearly health check for computer. Contacted store at about 11:30 am and had secured a 14:15 appointment slot for same day.
Health check all completed by 16:15 and computer back in my possession by 16:45.
Full Covid care measures in place and I felt 100% safe throughout the visits to the store.
Very impressed with speed and quality of service and with assistance given by knowledgeable and friendly staf.

I explained the problem with my laptop in receiving emails and connection to the internet. They listened to what I had to say. They dealt with the problem, keeping me advised. I also had a new hard drive fitted. Prompt service.

We have signed up to the Gold Star package. Our PC, laptop and iMac were taken into the shop, serviced and turned round very quickly. All machines were set up with ESET anti-virus software and an automatic "Cloud" backup. When we picked up the machines the team took their time to explain what they had done and the changes made.

We have subsequently used the "remote access" help facility and telephone support service. This has worked well.

Unfortunately the upgrade to the iMAC operating system meant that I couldn't use one of my existing applications so this had to be reversed. This was a problem with the age of my iMAC and the "old" version of the programme I was running rather than the upgrade from Chandlers.

Fantastic job at retrieving my photographs from my hard drive that failed, adding new SSD storage, upgrading the drivers and a new installation of windows 10. All internals cleaned.
2 year update, computer has worked very well with no problems. I have used them to update a 27inch iMac - i7, same again all working as it should be for its age. Would recommend Chandler Computers for any computer problems.
