AWFUL 6 CALLS AND 7 EMAILS LATER AFTER BEING SENT A MUFC ITEM AND STILL NO LUCK GETTING THE CORRECT ITEM, NOW BEING TOLD TO SEND THE WRONG ITEM BACK TO THEM OR I WON'T GET A REFUND AND TO TOP IT OFF THE ITEMS I WANT IS NOW OUT OF STOCK. ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS I'VE EVER CALLED LESS THEN USELESS

Order placed on 19th July, said product would come within 3 days and didn’t. Very difficult to navigate their website, only easily-accessible helpline was the live chat which was busy 99% of the time and the one time I managed to chat with someone they were rude and very unhelpful, telling me my order would get to me ‘when it gets to you’. When I emailed their help line my emails were either ignored or told me it would be out for delivery in the coming days, which it never was. Order finally arrived in November, useless considering it was bought for a birthday in July. Will not be ordering for here again or recommending to any of my friends, ordered the same top from JD for the same price and it came within 2 days

ordered football top on 18th November, meant to arrive 30th November, still not here on 7th December, left live chats, e mail , phone call which only gives useless automated replies, never use this company again. going to my credit card company to get my money back, all i want is an answer to where my order is

One star is generous! Ordered the kit for my son and they sent the shorts with the number printed…on the wrong leg!!!!! My son won’t wear them as they look like a cheap knock off so I’ve demanded a refund…wish I’d read these reviews first!

Worst experience in customer service ever. Ordered a jersey, took weeks to get it and it arrived damaged. Simply wanted a replacement. After months of back and forth and emails, they said that they would ship out the replacement and refunded my payment. When I reached out to find out if they were shipping a replacement, they said that it was refunded and they would not be sending one out. If I wanted, I could reorder. Four months and 20 emails to not get what I ordered. All of their representatives are horrible and no manager exists to deal with the issues.

An absolute disgrace
I spent £57 on a tracksuit for my grandson which I returned 7 weeks ago
I have sent 7 emails and was cut off from an online assistant
Still no contact of refund
Wish I had read reviews before I bought anything

Avoid them, a big pain if you wanna return something, i order t-shirt number 19 and they send me the short with number 1. I paid next day delivery and they send in 4 days because personalized items are not available for next day delivery, but they charge me for next day delivery. Anyways i realize they items are overpriced, i will don't buy nothing from there. Already mynson don't support Chelsea anymore because this issue he starts support Liverpool 🤗🥳

I ordered a third away shirt for my son with print on the back. Was slightly alarmed seeing all the reviews after ordering but pleased to say the top arrived. Perfect size and professionally printed on the back.

I thought I would leave a review as after coming across all these bad reviews after ordering from chelsea megastore I was so worried about my purchase!
I ordered a personalised kit on the Monday and after not receiving a dispatch email by the Friday and stumbling across the reviews on this site I was panicking as it did not look likely I was going to receive my order in time for my sons birthday….. I emailed customer services and i phoned them as I was unsure if I’d get a reply via email.
I got straight through on the phone no problem and was told my order was currently being personalised and it would be sent out ASAP, I also later got a reply from my email stating the same.
That evening I had my dispatch email and it has just arrived perfectly today (Monday) morning.

So 7 days from order to delivery for 2 personalised items.

My daughter was billed twice for 1 order , they refunded her the over charge but did not send the order.
They say the order was cancelled ,then they issued a code 10 for Fraud .
So now she has no order that she paid for and no money has been refunded cos apparently it's disappeared, what a crock Chelsea it's a present for her dad's 60th and she's a carer on benefit you should be ashamed a big club like Chelsea.
And yes I agree with others if you do speak to anyone they are Bob useless!!!!!

The online customer services is appalling, do not buy anything online. Having spent nearly £300 on clothing, you'd think they would help with a replacement top which didn't last one day. I've been waiting 3 weeks for them to do something and I'm still waiting. Each time you contact them, you get a different person, and we go around in circles. Will not be buying online ever again, which means I won't be buying anything from Chelsea again as I live too far from the stadium. As a life long fan, I'm devastated to be treated this way!

Ordered a child’s tracksuit. Used the size guide link on the product page to check what size I required for my 6 year old based on his height.

I ordered a size xs which was stated to be age 7-8, height 122-128. What arrived was an xs but was 96-104cm.

I had paid for next day delivery. I therefore requested that the correct item was sent to me ASAP and that they provided me with the ability to return the incorrect item free of charge.

It has taken 6 days for a response and they have refused to provide a free of charge return or send the correct item to me.

Apparently it is my fault for ordering the wrong size……. (Despite the fact that according to their website I ordered the correct size)!

Terrible incompetent service. Suggest ordering from somewhere else.

Not sure where we will go from here but please do not use this company.

Ordered a shirt for my kids b'day. ETA 3-5 days as it was personalised. Then check status, ETA 2 Weeks!! Great!! ruined my kids b'day!! Thought I would get it from the megastore as 'thought' it would be the best place to order.
WRONG!!!! Just as well I'm a Man Utd fan! Obviously i've failed in one aspect of my parenting!!

By the way - Customer service does not exist, the online msging just loops by a bot... its cr@p!!

I ordered 2 shirts in August and they were sent back. I have only received a refund for one although they were sent back together. I cannot get a response from them as to what’s happening. I bought elsewhere in the end. They still have £76 of my money and don’t have the decency to reply and I can’t speak to them.

Warning, only order from Chelsea Megastore if you have money to waste and if you do not mind waiting a very very long time for the items you have paid for. I spent every penny we had on Chelsea items for my sons birthday (they have no trouble immediately taking the money). I did begrudge it because of the cost and our lack of finances but my son just loves Chelsea FC and not a lot else. My sons birthday has been and gone without a single gift as we have not received the goods. No one picks up the phone when calling customer services and no one responds to emails. It is a shockingly bad service. After going through a third party complaint system they finally acknowledged me but tried to blame me saying items were pre order which they were but that time was what I had calculated for and that time has been and gone quite some time ago now. They then try giving me my postage back which is not much help as I feel like the worst parent now not being able to give my child a single present still to this very day and I can’t imagine how bad my child feels after receiving nothing at all. Absolutely awful in every single way. I am gutted as a parent who took a chance with the little money we had and was mugged off by a rich company.

I orderd a shirt in XXL and L arrived, it was a birthday present for my brother in law. What followed was weeks of back and forth via email, they eventually admitted that they didn't believe me so I had to send photographic proof, quite how they thought I would have magicked an L sized shirt out of the air so I could return it I don't know. No ownership of the issue, slow response via email, online chat never worked, I had to log a dispute with PayPal to actually get the return and refund under way - a great example of how not to handle a customer query. I see they have lots of negative reviews on different review sites, it's a reputation fully deserved and I'm just sorry I didn't take the time to research them first before placing the order. Oh and I had to pay £6.60 to return the shirt and they've stopped responding to my request to have that refunded even though I have an email where they told me I would receive that postage fee back.

its just so bad. email reply every 3 days. live chat dont work. and does anyone know where to find the damn order number, im a young guy and computer savvy and im clueless as to where it is.

As a Chelsea fan and member the megastore online is something you should avoid. I have ordered a new kit for my son on the 11th of September so he can wear it on the 25th in the Man city game. Estimated arrival was always the 22nd and when I phoned today the shirt was not even shipped yet. Ashame on my club.

For such a big club with a brand to uphold in appalled at the level of customer service.
Now I know why the club is so wealthy, because they do not care about customer service and con people out of their money. Over promising and under delivering.
Will not be buying from the Chelsea megastore again. Item took 2 weeks to arrive when page stated 5 days and then when it arrived the naming convention was wrong and the size was 3 sizes too big. I get mistakes happen, but it was the way my query was handled when I called the customer service team.
If you get anything other than oh sorry we will look into it and get back to you (fobbing you off basically) then please make it known.
Waste of time and money but a big win for the cash flow of CFC
Criminals - and to think I wanted to buy from here! Definitely taken a dent in your credibility.
