I ordered an item by the sizing they published. It was misleading and the wrong size came so I had to pay to return the item. They then sent me the exactly same item again and gave me no refund. So I rang the company 6 times for a free return as it was their mistake and I wanted my refund. Still not free return link. I am still waiting two weeks on. Customer service shocking!

Worst experience at the stadium. I've been kicked out for "security reasons" during the half time break, just because I was wearing a guest t-shirt and not a Chelsea t-shirt.

Those violent people who the security is so scared off, those are the ones that shouldn't walk in a stadium, not me wearing a different t-shirt.

This is discrimination, the opposite of the meaning of this sport's values. Shame on you Chelsea football club, you are not superior, you can't pride yourself saying that you know what is the respect or for being against discrimination, because I'm the proof that you care more for those "violent" who could react to a guest t-shirt, than the normal supporters who just go to the stadium to enjoy the game.

Depressingly Pathetic, its taken chelseamegastoreonline 44days for me to find out the top I ordered has been changed from a premier to a champions top, absolutely unbelievable. Is there no end to their shoddyness and dire service. They ask for politeness and courtesy, I lost it on the phone and I swore, a lot, I'm a swearer. I may have a case to sue for ineptitude, laziness, stupidity, slothfulness, inability to interact and no contact in any shape or form. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, don't order from them

Absolutely shocking delivery and customer service!

Placed an order with the megastore on 08.09.22 and paid for next day express delivery. As of 15.09.22 I am still waiting for the order!

-Email customer service - NO REPLY
-Live Chat - NOT AVAILABLE
-Call customer service, get automated message, takes 5 mins to get though all the options and finally get a person to speak to.

Unfortunately customer service cannot help as the computer just says it’s in production. Can’t tell me why it’s taking so long or when it will be shipped. Totally pointless having a customer service.

Requested to make a complaint and advised to send any complaint to the email address (which they don’t reply too)

Will never buy through the megastore again!

Brought a shirt all ready printed took back to store Lady manager very rude told me they can fix the shirt I asked just to be replaced as had not even been washed she said no they can only fix the shirt I had a very uhappy 12 year old son I then got a refund as the manager would not exchange for a new shirt very very rude how can you fix a faulty shirt ?

Dreadful, just dreadful. Ordered two retro shirts for myself and my partner, received what looks like a rugby/cricket shirt (?!) and a boy-sized zip-up hoodie/sweatshirt from last year. Tried getting in touch with the customer support, but all I get is "Unfortunately, our Fan Advocates are currently not available and will be back shortly".

In fact, they were not back shortly. They're just not there. Now I don't know how to return it, because I'm concerned that they will just refuse to accept the items because they're not what's been ordered. But that's the issue - they sent me the items which I did not order in the first place. This is just doing my head in.

Judging by other reviews, I'm far from alone in getting such service. Really hope Chelsea move away from whoever is doing their distributing now, because when I had ordered in the past (a few years ago), I got my stuff without any problems or fuss.

Just to clarify first of all the online megastore is not related to the one in Stamford Bridge in anything but name only and the products they sell. It’s operated by Kitbag which gets everything from their warehouse in Manchester.

I have ordered from the online megastore plenty of times before, everything usually comes on time and there’s only been one little hiccup where I paid for the £7 next day delivery and it took a week to arrive. Besides that everything else came roughly when it was meant to and that’s great but the website never says if it’s actually been delivered it just says shipped so as to confuse people.

I ordered a personalised jersey 22/23 on July 9th and paid for that £7 quicker delivery, come the website’s predicted delivery date, it’s still saying processed. I send an email asking why and they say it’s about the prints for the specific player not being available for the shirt so they haven’t been able to do this yet, should be here very soon. I ask again a few weeks later with the same response and then I sent an email yesterday, over a month after this thing was meant to come, asking for a refund. I know that the policy for personalised shirts is that once it has been done you can’t get a refund, but the point that they’ve been making in the emails is that it hasn’t been, so I should hopefully be able to request one. Anyway they say no, because they’re waiting for the prints to be personalised, but still it hasn’t actually been done so why can’t they just get the plain jersey out of that part of the process and just say “well sure we can cancel this it can be sold again because it doesn’t have a print on it.” Every single person I’ve spoken to besides one person from the original Fanatics in the USA has been exceptionally unhelpful, if they can’t be bothered to pretend like they care then they will completely ignore what you asked them and just send you a reply that says “here’s a summary of your order that you asked for” (I did not thank you).

At this rate after being stuck in this process with the prints having not arrived yet as well I would just like the £100 back please, this waiting game has been ridiculous and the communication dismal, I was looking forward to receiving this jersey back in July to wear to matches, but come nearly middle of August I feel like it’s £100 down the drain and I’d just like my money back please.

I don’t recommend the online megastore at all (what a surprise). The communication is appalling and so is the wait time, you just get left in the dark whilst waiting for something to happen. The illusion of excitement and hope you get when you initially order your item is soon shattered when you realise that it’s probably not on its way a month later.

I would NOT recommend using this website which is essentially just the Chelsea section of the Kitbag/Fanatics website, instead I would say visit Stamford Bridge, you don’t need to pay £7 for delivery, they’ll do the personalisation whilst you wait for taking just a minute and they have wonderfully helpful and friendly people working in there too. The complete opposite of this online purgatory waiting game.

Ordered the 2022/23 home shirt online and was delivered within 23hrs. The guys at the store helped me out loads as I was worried about sizes and and weather it would fit.

Ordered a shirt. Hermes left in in my 'outbuilding'. I don't have an outbuilding! The photo shows they left it behind a bush outside my block of flats. Not a safe place at all as, unsurprisingly, the package wasn't there when I got home. Checked with my neighbours and none of them have it. Went to the Chelsea website and there's no way to report this to them. And their web chat never works. Won't ever order anything from them again. Had to give 1 star because you can't give 0 stars

I ordered a shirt paying for next day delivery. 4 days later I got an email from the courier to say they received the shirt. I then received an email the same day from the courier to say that there was a problem with my order. I have tried several times to resolve this with Chelsea Megastore. No response to emails, and the chat function is never manned. I have spoken to people on several different occasions via phone and the online chat function and apparently no one can help me. 16 days later, I am still being told I cannot get a replacement sent out or receive a refund as they are completing an investigation into where my item is. The one email I did receive was about someone else's order and for a PSG shirt. No one wants to help and it is shocking service

Sent a training shirt with pen/biro marks all down the front of it.
There is no obvious way of getting customer service, I have emailed twice which were ignored. And when I call you are cut off after queuing time expires. Disgrace.

After they didn't called me for the job I'm writing this review with out any one's pressure
Chelsea club Stamford bridge is very good in doing their duty and keeping their promise

Absolutely unprofessional staff..On 29 April they changed couple of times the date for the tickets sale!!! 28,29 then 03 May....👎👎👎👎👎

I worked with supreme security for 3 days in Chelsea Stamford bridge. They didn't pay me for than a month and saying that Chelsea owner is under sanction and his accounts frozen. So they can't pay me. This is against law and discrimination. I worked for free and lot of people working for supreme security were not paid. And they are even paying very less like 9 pound an hour which is not even a london living wage. I am very disappointed that I was treated like this. As I should get paid London living wage in time. My experience working at Stamford bridge was very bad.

all of you lot are immature and need to shush giving bad reviews when you support another club chelsea is a great team despite what has been going on i love chelsea been a fan since day 1 and i’ll always support this club x the shop is great but the only prob with it is that it takes a long time to deliver things but when i got my items they were all good condition and exactly what i wanted xxx

Great store with great customer service and great products never had a problem forget these stupid comments from some pathetic bitter and salty fans of other clubs

Can't any of the Chelseagrad WAGS, HAGS and SLAGS sew? They need to get those ex sponsors off their shirts before they get sued and bankrupted which would be hilarious 😂

Best club in the world, ignore all these weird tribalistic nonces, blaming a football club for a war, how pathetic. Especially ignore ‘Lord’, not sure how you can be a lord when you live in your mothers basement.
