Il s'agit d'une assurance contracté pour un séjour d'un an à l'étranger pour mon fils qui s'est fait "dépouiller" d'un partie de ses objets de valeurs (ordi, lunettes, papiers, écouteurs, sac ... pour une valeur de 1500 €, remboursement de 1300 € .Je recommande

Perfect customer service

From my initial phone call to recieving the replacement phone, the whole experience was fantastic.

Het wordt je als het waren aangesmeerd


Het wordt je als het waren aangesmeerd door Odido om een gratis hoesje te krijgen. Prima, eigen keuzes, eigen gevolgen.

Daarna is het erg stil vanuit Chubb want zij willen uiteraard niet dat je doorkrijgt dat je maandelijks een bedrag aftikt.

Wanneer je hierachter komt en je wil je contract opzeggen dan gaat dit heel stroef met veel mailverkeer.

Dus nee, nooit meer!

TrÚs bon suivi quotidien du patient à l'hÎpital et trÚs bonne organisation concernant le rapatriement.
Le suivi administratif est long, l'avance de soins, faite à l'hÎpital, m'a été remboursée en totalité que 5 mois plus tard.

Poor service and communication

Poor service and communication. Watch out as sent in for repairs, was returned without repair being done and no communication as to why.

My claim took more than two months

My claim took more than two months, and every time I called, the operators would pass me on to each other and say there was still no news. After repeated follow-ups over two months and dozens of calls, I was finally able to prove my claim. I will never work with this company again because of this irresponsibility.

I had the claim and its passed. But it tool soo long and frustrating asking for so much things. But yeah after the complain it went well
