I recently chipped the screen to a new phone. After sending the phone to be checked, the decision to swap for a new phone was made very quickly. Chubb did not delay at all and the new phone arived within days.

A fuir. Ils résilient les contrats sans envoyer de courrier. Au téléphone on explique la situation mais la personne est désagréable. On nous dit que c'est aller au contentieux et quand on réclame les coordonnée contentieux ils ont pas leur coordonnées. Ne vous faites pas avoir aprÚs cette assurance

The lady was very aggressive and doubtful about my claim, it made me feel very uncomfortable. However saying that the claim was settled the next day so that was good. Not sure why she was so aggressive, are they trained to do this?
