Disgraceful. The box beside my agoda flights said free cancellations if you get our insurance. Ot true, there are only four conditions they will allow you to cancellation your flight.

Januari telefoon verzekering per mail opgezegd. Dit zou nog een 1x van mijn rekening worden afgeschreven. Tot mijn verbazing is het bedrag vooralsnog 2x afgeschreven, deze heb ik teruggeboekt. Na nogmaals een mail te hebben verstuurd met dat ik per direct de verzekering wil stopzetten en mijn gegevens uit het systeem wil laten halen, krijg ik een mail terug over hoe ik het geld kan terugboeken? Uitgelegd dat dit dus niet is waar mijn probleem over gaat. Jammer dat er dus niet goed wordt gelezen en zomaar geld wordt afgeschreven terwijl ik het stop had gezet (en bevestiging had ontvangen).

Jag blev så vänligt bemött av damen i växeln, hon hjälpte mig och skickade en skadeanmälan! Hon var professionell!

Ook jammer dat Corendon, via hen de verzekering afgesloten, met deze firma in zee gaat.

Trash insurance. Stay away

Entering all the claim details was a bit of a nightmare. Especially difficult with the fact that you couldn’t log out and then log back in to continue your work. It has to be all done in one go which took several hours. The concept that it can all be done in a few minutes is rubbish. However, once all the details were submitted, it was straightforward. From then on it was dealt with and I ended up receiving more than I had anticipated, so despite the initial work involved, it was worthwhile.

I would add that completing claim details when you are in a medically very bad state, trying to work on a computer and collate forms and evidence of a claim, with major pain issues, is bloody difficult. But of course the longer you delay making a claim the longer you have to wait for money that you desperately need. There should be a face-to-face system to make the claim.
