I used to work at this store last year and was told I was one of the best employee there by a few customers and was missed by many. I also been doing shiftsmart at this store for a while after working for the actual company. The manager Rachel, cancelled my shift recently cause she feels some type of way about me and was lying on me on the app putting bad reviews on me cause she in her feelings about me. Got me banned from working at the store. Rachel the manager isn’t a good manager. Something about her has always been off. This is discrimination against me. Never said one word to her due to her attitude every time I walked in to work shiftsmart. Her fake smile and way she acted around me. This needs to stop! You don’t do people like this cause you have personal issues with them. Be professional and be a manager that communicates to a person that you don’t want in your store. This behavior is not acceptable from any manager. This is discrimination!

They lie about paying cash to get gas 10cents cheaper. I walked inside payed cash and still got card prices. Walked back inside the guy said oh, you got to be a circle k member OR buy an easy pay card to get discount!
Lying people, I'll never gas up at a K again...

Na de overname is het erg achteruit gegaan met dit station.
Bij de bakery/koffieautomaat zijn er veel vliegen.
Bakery al vroeg gesloten, broodjes(pistolet) zijn dan al zacht
Koffieautomaat met regelmaat stuk, ook vandaag weer.
Wasstraat bijna altijd gesloten in het weekend.
Stofzuiger/banden apparaat ook weer defect vandaag.
Veel van het personeel is meer met de mobiele telefoon bezig dan met de klant.

Totaal ontevreden, de medewerkers spreken geen Nederlands, gebrek aan communicatie, geen sociaal contact, echt niet aangenaam om iets te vragen. Mijn digitale kaart na mijn tankbeurt niet mogelijk om te registreren volgens de medewerker, dat kan enkel met een fysieke kaart🤦‍♂️. Sinds de overname niet meer te vergelijken met vroeger.

so we bought dumplings and squishys and all of them were fake they said that they were real and also the dumplings were half of half of a dumpling also no case just a bag and also literately the eyes to the dumplings were markers they came off as soon as we opened them and they were fake and they are so bad and i literately love cirkle k but this time they really let me down big time honestly dont bye the squishys i dont like them at all

Circle k is the worst. Every time they have a 40 cents off Thursday they raise the price of gas 40 cents a few days before, their customers save nothing. They seem to do this every time.

They screwed up not once, but twice. I received a coupon this morning on the app for $5 for 2 Ghost protein bars. When I clicked on the link and was redirected to the app, the offer could not be found. When I called corporate, they apologized and gave me a coupon for a free bag of Circle K nuts. When I went up to the store that I normally go to around the block from where I work in Oakdale, CA, my coupon could not be redeemed. The store associate told me to come back another day because they could not figure out why it wasn’t being accepted, but this was at a time when I didn’t have any money, I was hungry, and I could really use a free snack. I called corporate, and the very incoherent associate on the other end kept giving me the runaround. She kept telling me that it’s not a participating store despite the fact that I used my rewards there all the time. I double checked on the app, and the store is in fact a participating store. I even verified that it was a participating store when I called the store directly. She also told me that I bought a hotdog on July 16 during International Hot Dog Day, which I didn’t do. Circle K is going to lose a customer.

The acting store manager Tasha at the Rt9 E, Little River, SC. apparently has no clue what customer service is. The lines are VERY long, Tasha refuses to wait on customrers, seeminly preferring to busy herself with task work, ignoring customers requests to open another register.
She has taken it upon herself to "BAN" me from the the store because I dared to request wait on customers and that I was filing a complaint about her attitue and lack of ability to make customers first.. To top it all off every Circke K employee and managers I spoke with indicated she is and has been as problem, however her relative Amanda is also her supervisor and is responsible for hiding Tasha's mess

Ever since this company took over the stores in Minnesota they have gone into the toilet, nothing ever works! The food has gotten terrible!! Sell it back

The Circle K on Florence Blvd in Casa grand AZ is dirty, the men's restroom was disgusting. The drink area was a sticky mess. I complained before and the manager said they were short staffed, today there were four people there. If the facility is this dirty, there's no way I'm eating any food!!!

Circle k owns clean freak car wash. Their letting ckean freak rob its customers. You can cancke the subscription. It's almost impossible, i was charged for 8 months after canceling.

The restrooms in this player are horrific. It is a direct reflection of the people who work there and the management.
When mentioning it to the clerk of the front, they were very rude and disconcerted about the condition of the bathrooms to begin with and evidently didn’t care.

I stopped to fill with fuel and my daughter use the bathroom and reported back that the place was horrific.
I would not stop at the store, regardless in the future.
My ticket number was 258-0354. I purchased $28.48 worth of fuel on the stop.
Probably the last money I’ll be spending with Circle K in the foreseeable future.

I visited Store 9207 Circle K this morning at 7 o’clock. This store is near or in Panama City, Florida.
I cannot over State how ridiculously filthy the bathroom toilet area was.
Extensive dry fecal matter on the walls surrounding the toilet were present.
Someone from their Corporate Office should go there today and see it.
First time I’ve ever filed a complaint and a review and it’s simply because it’s that bad
I should’ve gotten a picture.

I just left Esso Circle K at 732 Walkers Ln, Burlington. TERRIBLE service.
I only went there to use the car wash. I should have known better because the last time I went there back in March before heading back home to BC, my car was not cleaned properly/adequately. When I approached the kiosk, the fellow in front of me was furious at the cashier - something to do with needing a receipt for the car wash because it wasn’t working. The attendant wouldn’t give him a receipt. My complaint was the poor wash. The attendant looked out the window and handed me another ticket to go through again.
My mistake was coming back. I should have known it wouldn’t improve. But, I don’t know many reliable car washes in Burlington that are touchless.
This time, same no receipt issue. But this time I drove off and went home. Looked at my car and it was still dirty beyond acceptable for a $19 car wash. Drove back and encountered a very unfriendly and rude attendant. Admittedly, based on her lack of decent service my blood was boiling. I was angry at her lack of customer service. Clearly she doesn’t respect decent Canadian people who are honest and don’t lie and cheat. I felt like I was on trial. I will NEVER go back to this business. I ended up going into my online banking to prove that I bought a car wash. She still gave me a hard time. Finally she gave me a free ticket to go through again but followed me to the car wash to take a pic of my lic plate. Circle K - do better!
I will tell everyone and anyone who will listen to me not to give this establishment their business. I have never been this angry at being treated so poorly and made to feel guilty. Shame on you lady!

I got gas here this time. Machine asked if I wanted a car wash afterward. I needed one badly. There was no listed price. That should have been a clue. I selected the middle one. Not only did the car was do a miserable job of "washing" my car, the cost was an eye popping $16 (just for the completely ineffective car wash - I left with filthy widows/car). The only reason I give them a 2 rating (instead of a 1 star) is because I normally get very friendly employees in here with decent prices inside. Location is on Fm 624 in the Robstown,TX area.

Can you please teach your employees how to do refund
I stopped at the Gurley location to put $20.00 gas but it only took $5.25 went back in to get my refund but two people couldn't figure it out
Guess I just lost my money
Getting really tired of going to the store and having problems that no one can figure out
I hope I will get my refund cause money is hard for everyone these days

I have been going to the Fairview Tennessee location for years. I have got to know the staff. I’m not sure why but they suspended the girl that works 3rd shift. I really miss her. She really brightens everyone’s day and is such a friendly and out going person. EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE!! BRING HER BACK!! She is an awesome addition to your company. No complaints at all about her!! All of the regular customers that come in during the early morning hours when I am there just love her. It’s just not the same without her. I miss her making my day better. She always does with her smile. LIKE I SAID. BRING HER BACK!!!

What happened to circle k?They stopped taking paypal deposits.There employees are rude.They act like there put out when go to the register.I just stopped going all together.If it was just one store I would go to another..Even have issues at other stores.Rude employees.One time there was a line 10 deep and one of the employees announced she was going to lunch and left.Ughhh

I've been going to circle k just about every day for about 3 years. Now going into the gas station early morning they don't want to do their jobs and take the money for whatever you're buying, they want you to do the work and put money into a machine and you do the work now. Why have employee's if we have to do the work? Circle k just lost my business. I'll just start giving my business to sheetz
