I was in a rush bought a charger for my phone on Tuesday it was roughly $45 (which was overprice), then the next day I found out it wasn't exactly what I was look for. I came back on Wednesday and the staff refused and told me certain items like those charger are non-refundable even though there was no warning, no sign saying that and they wouldn't even give me at least credit (I would give them 0 stars for scamming me). I worked at the circle k in York Maine for about 6 months when I walked into the store it was completely trashed and there was dust everywhere so I cleaned the whole store I did my job and realized that everybody else just stood at the register for 8 hours a day and then I was let go because I defended myself when one of the laziest coworkers decided to tell me to go f myself because I was taking out trash circle k doesn't pay you crap and they screw over and they stab you in your back but they treat the employees that don't do anything better than they treat the ones that do everything circle k in York is a joke especially since manager is out on leave all they do is talk about each other and stab people in the back

This is by far very worst Circle K anywhere. They will steal your money if are unfortunate enough to loose any form of credit card or debt card. Someone there was guilty of doing that to me in that store. Be careful do not trust them for anything.

The cashier, Connie, at store number 2745131 was very nice and very friendly. The store, especially the fountain drink area, was very clean and well stocked; cups, straws, etc.

I was a customer of circkle k then I started working shiftsmart for these circkle k stores and I have been discriminated against and treated so badly.i have been treated worser by circkle k than I have anyone in my whole life.i have stayed and do extra work and I have stayed and work for free just to be treated like a dog by the circkle k employees.the 3 worked one are at 600 Ashland terrace and 8540 Hilton pike and the other one is in ootawah.and I am a sweet person who would do anything for anyone.i will no longer do any business with circkle k.i complained to the corporate office several times but they want do anything.my coat was stolen by one of the circkle k employees but nothing was done about it

Had a long line of customers and lady took 10 minutes to ring up one customer who only had 2 drinks. Happened both times I came here. No backup cashiers for the long line. 30 minutes wait just to check out a drink. Took forever with each customer past the one for 10 minutes. I’m on the clock for my job and have to back.

Store 1303 why do they always have the restroom closed if is 5:30am they should be open .

Last month, I went to Circle K store in Bat Dan, Hanoi and it was the worst experience in my entire 2.5 weeks trip to Vietnam!
There was a man working there, wearing glasses. I went with my two young daughters to buy ice creams. When I was choosing with them, the man working there came over and asked me what I was doing. I said I’m choosing ice cream then going to pay. He stood next to me, then as I walked away, he said are you leaving it like that? I said “sorry, I forgot to close the freezer door as I thought you were using it”, so I went to close the freezer door and walked to pay. After he served us and we paid, he followed me to the shop exit and started shouting at me and telling me I left the ice cream freezer door open again. I said I closed it then I came to pay, someone came after me and left it open and he was blaming me again! Then he said it wasn’t just about the freezer door being open or close, it was because we had messed up the ice cream freezer and we should have asked for help. I said there was no one there to help or ask, so we had to look ourselves. By now; he was shouting at me so much and other customers were looking. This was so embarrassing for him and for everyone in the shop because I was a customer and no one was helping me from the shop but instead he was shouting at me; not to mention, he decided to follow me to the exit and keep shouting at me that it was my fault.

I then explained that again, no one was there to help me and that he’s very rude to customers. As I walked out of the shop with my kids, he was still shouting at me.

What a way to treat customers! I was insulted and rudely spoken to because I went to buy something from the shop. I have 2 small children with me and they endured the abuse and listen to the shouting I also received as a customer and that is absolutely not ok. Totally disgusted and upset by how I was treated and nothing like the Vietnamese culture and politeness I have experienced so far on my holiday. What a massive letdown and despite my hotel being 500m away, I never visited that store again to be so rudely spoken to. Totally unacceptable.

Yes I understand my daughters were looking through the freezer to decide what to buy, but so was other customers and no one working was standing there asking us what we wanted to buy and help us find it. But I feel it was unnecessary to blame us for everything and shout at us so much. We were extremely upset and distressed by this and this completely spoilt our experience in Vietnam.

There was a fuel discount yesterday and I work from 7a to 7p.. and I was very disappointed as some of us was let down cause we couldn’t save money as we have to work in the daytime.. I really appreciated the last time it was til midnight.. this is a seriously a crappy thing circle k.. seems the hardworking is really not rewarded..

I've been loyal and referred many. This 40 cents off of a gallon was a fiasco. I use my old phone number to get my "perks ". Uninformed attendants, not participating stations and not getting what was advertised has soured me after almost 2 hrs and 4 different circle k locations. What does up to 40 cents mean to me...is it calculated on your side?

Advertised 40 cents off per gallon, forgot to mention they raised price 30 cents per gallon. Great sale but I'm not surprised

I paid for a carwash at the pump while out of state, car wash was broken. Local station would not refund purchase, corporate office would not refund. Anyone want to join a class action lawsuit? Employees at station and at corporate were unprofessional to say the least. AVOID Circle K

Don’t get hurt at Circle K, you will be on your own. I cut up my hand on the filler handle. Attendant looked and left, no help, no first aid, no checking that nobody else gets hurt..

I stop in here for gas pay at the pump. They never have receipt paper at the pump.. when you go into the store to get a receipt the staff members act like you’re bothering them when you ask for a receipt because they keep saying you need to use the scale to check out. We have about 215 vehicles where I work and we are required to turn in fuel receipts. I’m getting ready to tell everyone we have to start using another fuel station due to. It takes too long to get a receipt from this gas station..

This company needs to stop being so cheap and have employees working to help customers. It's why they will stay a mediocre store to shop at. So many better places to spend your money.

Complaint: While using my credit card at the gas pump, to put fuel in my car, they "pended" my credit card in the amount of $176 and caused my credit card to go over the limit when I had enough credit for the $50 worth of fuel that I got.... I have a car with a 13 gallon tank.....I don't have a semi truck that I'm filling up!!!!.... What is up with that?! (Pending $176 for a car gas purchase is completely unreasonable!)
