I go to the same store just about every day to get diesel fuel for my company truck. There’s NEVER paper in the printer for a receipt, which I need for my office.
Today, 4/16/26, I pumped my fuel and went to get my receipt. The store was closed and the door was locked (this was 3 o’clock in the afternoon). Unable to get a receipt, I emailed my office and sent them a photo of the pump.
This evening, I went back to the store and spoke with the “manager”. I explained the situation and emphasized the fact that the printers are always out of paper. He found my receipt in the system and started complaining about the fact that his employees don’t show up for work. I don’t care. I felt pretty blown off, I spend between 150 and 200 day for fuel. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Poor customer service

I visited your Circle K store located at 701 Harbor Blvd in Destin, FL on April 10, 2026, around 3:20 PM. While I was at the counter completing my purchase, I asked to buy a lottery scratch-off and was ready to pay cash. The cashier, Jack, refused to continue assisting me and moved on to the next customer, forcing me to wait through the entire line again.
I had already been attended, and my transaction should have been completed without being sent back in line. This was poor customer service and not handled properly. I would like this situation reviewed and addressed, and I would appreciate a follow-up.

The Circle K store located at 1800 Laura Duncan Rd, Apex, NC will steal your money. On 04/02/2026, I purchased 5 gas cards for $10.00 each, but one of them had no money on it. I initially caught it when it was happening, and when I said something, the cashier pretended to correct it at the register. Later, after I had left, I realized the deception. I live in another town. The store will not answer the phone. I contacted the corporate office immediately and several times since then. The company just gives me the runaround. I even asked them to view the camera footage of the transaction as it happened, but they said they could not. There is a lot of proof to show that I am being ignored via phone call logs and emails. The corporate office does not care. Note, the company is based in Quebec, Canada. From what I have seen of other complaints, if you find yourself here, make sure that the price on the shelves are what is charged at the register, and the same is true regarding the gas pumps. If you rip off enough people...if only for a dollar...it can add up quite a massive sum. Don't let it go because it is a small amount. That is how people/companies get away with it. In my opinion, the safest thing to do is NOT do business at this store. There is Mobil station/store selling Exxon gas like them...right beside of them. There are also several other gas stations and convenience stores nearby. Please take the time to read the reviews of various Circle K stores on other media sites such as Yelp, Pissed Consumer, Google, Better Business Bureau, etc. You will find there are complaints from both employees and customers.

Store #2709553 Porchia, who is a person of color. She works the morning shift on 2020 N. Lamb Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89115. I have seen her more often working in the kitchen. I recommend that the Southern Nevada Health District should inspect her poor hygiene issues as a food handler first. Circle K Regional Corporate should evaluate her more often for possible drug abuse in the workplace.

Overall, she is unprofessional, unfriendly, distasteful, and verbally negative, speaking loudly to people of a different race, by referring to them as "You people know how you are." This is a discriminatory remark in employment practices, work, and representation of Circle K, a distinguished organization known for excellent customer service and impressive coffee.

Ik geef deze benzine pomp station 5 sterren k kwam gisteren met een vraag of k misschien 14 zakjes peper en zout kon overnemen ivm ons paasontbijt voor onze vrachtwagen chauffeurs omdat we peper en zout waren vergeten en ik kreeg meer mee dan k vroeg en hoefde niet te betalen ze hebben ons paas ontbijt gered. Extremely poor customer service at night. Bryce… specifically. Multiple times now, he was beyond rude. I’ve never came across someone as rude. I’d expect more from him as a recent military serviceman.

It doesn’t matter which Circle K I pull into—North Pole, South Pole, or the one behind the dumpster—they are ALWAYS completely out of receipt paper. Every. Single. Time. I can pay at the pump like a civilized human in 2026, but apparently that’s where the future ends. To get proof I actually bought the gas, I have to do the walk of shame inside, where the cashier looks at me like I just asked for a kidney transplant and a hug.
Bro, I just gave you money for a liquid explosive; The least you can do is print “Thank you for your purchase” on a sad little strip of paper before it mysteriously vanished from the entire Circle K corporation.
This isn’t laziness anymore. This is performance art. Somewhere in corporate headquarters there’s a CEO high-fiving the head of operations: “Another successful day of collecting money and ghosting people on receipts. We did it, team!”
No other business on Earth operates like this. Imagine buying groceries and the cashier saying, “That’ll be $87. Your food is in the bags… somewhere. Good luck.”
Circle K isn’t a gas station. It’s a pay-now, trust-us-later cult.

Today I purchased a gas .The teller was rushing me as he had big line up ,didn't ask me for my PC points to scan and was very rude .Bad experience,awful customer service .

Entered the store to pay for gas and immediately upon entering noticed a strong sewage odor inside. When I asked the attendant what the smell was , he said plumbers had visited to repair the issue but no success. The smell is horrible and I believe that this could be a major heath concern.

Store # 5158 in Mesa, Arizona does not ever have any windshield washer fluid or handles to clean your windshield. The buckets are empty and filthy. It is very disappointing. I like going there for gas since it is close and convenient, but they can definitely do better.

Total had hun shows nooit moeten verkopen. Echt slecht bedrijf om voor te werken. HR & afdeling payroll niet tot zeer slecht bereikbaar (ziekmelden of vragen voor je salaris worden gewoon niet opgenomen). Salaris wat vaak niet klopt, beloofde bonussen maanden te laat uitbetaald.
Als klant zijnde voornamelijk rijksweg locaties, kwaliteit van het eten is een ping en go geworden. Gewoon te niet eten!! Waar Total om kwaliteit en gast vriendelijke en goed voor zijn personeel was, is Cirkel K het tegenovergestelde!! Dood en dood zonde

In circle k in Meridianville I went in for a cup of cappuccino the machine needed powder added bc it was empty asked the pregnant employee if she could fill it and she responded with no bc she’s pregnant ! Great customer service !
