Your rewards program is crap. I don't have rewards and your clerk wouldn't help sign up or just simply honor the sales price. I left and you lost a sale and she could of cared less

Make better coffee lids this is the 4th time I’ve bought coffee from the circle k and every time my lid keeps coming off no matter how hard I try to get it to stay on the cup it keeps coming off I’ve done warn my coffee twice and so has my car please my better lids because if I get burnt or wreck because it spilled all over me because of your coffee lids not stay on I will talk to a lawyer

Whatever idiot decided in management at circle k they were going to start requiring customers to hand over their driver's license so it could be scanned to see if they're avaged to my tobacco knowing full well how businesses love selling off people's personal information so next you're going to have them turning over your name or whatever and that you're buying tobacco products so they can sell to the insurance companies shame on you I spent $100 a week at circle k here in Bloomington on Rogers Street I will never step foot in that fug store again again shame on whoever thought it was just okay to start scaling IDs I'm 45 years old I don't even look lucky if I pass for 50

I went to the Circle K in belleview,fla to cash out a $10 scratch out ticket
This female employee with Purple Hair cashes the ticket,looks at me and said
"YOU WON $10,so I'm looking at her and said yes I know,waiting for this SNOB of a Person to give me the $10
Than she repeated again "You won $10- so Again I repeated to her yes,so give me my $10,I saw her stapling a regular lotto ticket or what ever it was to the winning scratch out ticket- it was like I owed her $10,terrible attitude,don't know what planet she was from or what drugs she was on today but she shouldn't be working there,what a terrible attitude,I filed a complaint with Circle K's corporate office!!
Been trying to call there to speak to a manager but of course nobody picks up the phone-oh yes I finally got my $10 which she almost threw it at me...watch the Video if management sees this review

I don't understand why they refused to sell me cigarettes just because they hear me on the cell phone asking my son what cigarettes he wants. I am 65 and my son is 28 we are both legal. I fail to see where your company denied me my rights because of a phone conversation.

Sans réponse à mon mail d'hier, je suis encore dans l'attente d'une réaction immédiate de votre part.

Ce matin, après avoir appelé votre N° de téléphone, j'entends votre message annonçant que l'attente serait de 30 secondes, ensuite après avoir patienté 7 minutes, l'appel est coupé.

C'est totalement déplorable comme traitement.

Je vous donne mon avis et expérience : c'est une politique anti commerciale, doublée de fou.... de gueule.

Veuillez me revenir rapidement.

Service is limited in some areas, and most car wash stations close after bad weather to avoid the high demand. In fact, some of them operate only one day per week under the best conditions. Additionally, there is no customer service, and nobody responds to your emails or seems to care

Bar code on app didn’t w. Waste of time. Couldn’t even complain. Would not accept form.

Scam Company stealing money from hard working American people. They support other companies that steal from hard working Americans.

Disappointed. Use to be a great place to stop for fuel and stretch the legs. Now the store restrooms are filthy, no soap in dispenser, floors filthy, etc. Two clerks outside smoking eCigs and another doing paperwork. Someone, please clean the store and bathrooms. Store# 2709972 Glenwood, AR

We stopped at store 2740615 in Abbeville, La for fuel and snacks. Very nice employee name Santana, we complimented her on her job well done. She was very apprecitiive and said that her goal is to become a Circle K store manager! Good Luck Santana!

Didn't let us use the bathroom when there was a small amount of construction, and they don't have ice cream. Coffee sucks, service sucks, and there are almost always loiterers.

This morning getting my proline I was at the counter with the young clerk. Man walked in went back were the beer was then proceeded out the door. I follow him a short distant and he turned around in his winter coat I saw to cans of Molson Canadian he had taken without paying. I ask for them back and he gave them back. He cursed at me and I told him I know your face now. Took the beer back to the store and gave it to the clerk
She never thought he would steal. But he did. I also told that I would call the police if he refused to give me back the two cans of beer.

The only reason I’m even giving them one star is because I’m required to. If I could give them 0 or negative stars I would. I have a contaminated fuel claim with documentation from the dealer to prove that they sold me a bad product. It costs me over $1700 to get my vehicle fixed and it has been an over a month and they refuse to give me an update. If this is how they run their business it needs to be shut down. Be careful what you are buying from them. I understand contaminated fuel can happen at any station but the experience I have had dealing with their “claims” department has been one of the worst I’ve ever had to deal with.

Signage for the carwash was non-existent ( unclear whether you could pay only at the car wash, or if you had to buy gas first or whatever), so I went to the pump and paid for gas and a wash. It gave you three options for a wash but did not describe any of them. And then my receipt didn't seem to give any indication that I had paid for the car wash. I went into the store and they showed me the tiny tiny tiny print at the very bottom. Frustrating when none of it needed to be.

Cashier Adel shortchanged me by 10 dollars. The assistant manager tried to show me a camera picture to prove I was wrong, but it showed nothing.

I have talked to multiple customer service people (at least 4 or 5) at Circle K to try to get help setting up an EZ Pay card for use at Circle K stations.

I have walked folks thru the problems I encountered in the Circle K app and via the web application.

If I can’t get set up the chances are that other people are also having problems and probably just walking away frustrated with the brand and the experience. Apps with bugs can impact revenue.

If they can't help get me set up with EZ Pay then there is no way I have confidence that Circle K will protect my bank information.

I worked in IT for 38 years and the Circle K app and its complete lack of support are probably one of the worst I’ve ever seen.

The service was horrible. The lady said give me a minute. I said OK while she was counting cash and her coworker. A boy with curly hair was cursing left and right they made me wait 10 minutes then there was a line of people he disappeared when in the cooler while the girl was still counting the register they both had no respect than the guy with the curly hair said let them wait. They’re not gonna die talking about me as a customer very very disrespectful. The time was 1057 January 17, 2025. They need to check the cameras, listen to the cameras he said the F word like five times and that’s disrespect because I’m a customer. I worked at 7-Eleven for 4 1/2 years and I never cursed in front of customers. These young kids don’t give a crap nowadays and they didn’t have work shirts or name tags so I don’t know their names. The girl had glasses and the guy was tall with curly hair very rude.

I was hired yet quit 3 times from Circle K. Why? Because they absolutely REFUSE to tell the truth. Example #1. Hired @110 By Melissa Cote. Promised 4 dys per week. They Hired a convicted sexaual predator. I quit. I was promised hrs/days @ exit114 in Manchester. 3 Weeks in I'm cussed at and accused of what I'm NOT guilty of by Jennifer. I walked out. Their response? Not eligible for rehire. I loved my job and the customers are awesome BUT this company HATES loyal employees. Does this happen to have anything to do with rapid turn over? My guess would be a resounding YES.

I’ve never used a company That’s so user unfriendly. The website can’t get anything completed. my bank account got hacked. All I wanna to do is rectify it give them my new bank account number. What a hassle that was had to talk to five different people couldn’t get nothing completed. Had to send passport bank records, utility bills drivers license my first born Social Security number it was ridiculous. I throwing their cards away.
