CIRCLE K needs to stop doing business with the credit card called NETSPEND. They are stealing from the public big time.

Appreciating employee who make a difference. We went to the Circle K in New Iberia on North Lewis store #2706812. The employee was such a big help to us. She helped my husband to work the pump and get his discount which was a real help because we are not so good at knowing what to do at the pumps. She was so friendly and helpful with a smile on her face so we just thought we would recognize her as a perfect employee. Need more like her

Circle K engaged in deliberate contract interference, fraudulent misrepresentation, and payment suppression—and I have the evidence to prove it.

- Bid approval was confirmed in writing, then abruptly canceled with no warning, causing direct financial losses.
- Payment terms were intentionally withheld until after work was completed, violating contract transparency laws.
- Stall tactics delayed payment beyond agreed terms, forcing a mechanic’s lien enforcement.
- Multiple fraud complaints were filed with legal—Circle K received both and has failed to respond.

Circle K’s business practices harm independent contractors, sole proprietors, and small business owners, suppress rightful compensation, and evade accountability. If you work with them, expect bad-faith dealings, delayed payments, and corporate negligence.

Still waiting on full settlement, but legal action is imminent. If Circle K thinks contractors will just accept fraud and move on—they’re wrong.

I’ll update this review as the case unfolds, but for now, beware of their deceptive business practices.

Stopped for bathroom break. Spent 12 Dollars for drink and snacks. went to car opened drink. Sat there some time using phone with radio playing. I had the cops called on me without any kind of notice. I never spoke to anyone never was greeted. I did not know there was a parking time limit. I was shamed like a common a criminal. I was not arrested because I simply did nothing wrongs. I went to ask why the cops was called on me. I was banded from the property. I am an Old Vet who has been disrespected by Circle K. I believe I was discriminated against. All Veterans should boycott Circle K. This clerk did not care about customers and was too young and immature to be working graveyard shift.

I was expecting for $4.99 real breast chicken not plastic chicken. Worst than fake chicken nuggets from McDonald's

I don’t do many reviews but I’ve seen such a change with employees attitudes since “new management” a rude woman ordering her employees around no smiles, no eye contact. I go there frequently and over the last few weeks good service and morale have disappeared when she is in the store. It’s a shame that big corporate entities don’t care more for their employees well being or happiness at work. Isn’t there an obligation to the employees that work their butts off to at least work in a pleasant environment? I may need to go back to my old 7/11 store.

Hello, I went into the circle k, the one by home depot in Lafayette louisiana. The manager was extremely rude and I'm unprofessional. I came in with a bag and was going to get some ice in my insulated container, which I have done many of times before. I sit my bag in the same place I always do around the corner behind the counter where I think pizzas are made and was going to get some ice. Which the employees have never said anything about. The manager instantly started being rude,talking in an unprofessional manner. It wasn't necessary what she said it was how she said it. Well she did tell me I has to leave my bag by the door which is completely unreasonabl. I mean I have already have had things stolen from me 3 times here already and I haven't even been here one whole month. I am not going to leave my bag right by the door where anyone can just pick it up and walk out with it. My opinion if someone doesn't know how to talk to people they have no business being a manager, or even working in customer service at all. I wouldn't want someone that has to deal with people, that is going to act in that manner working for me. Ohh and it wouldn't let do 0 stars or I would have.

Circle K 22193 store. I went in to go buy a stuffed animal toy, It had sauce on it. I turned it in to the cashier. She tried to scrape the sauce off and then put it away, shortly after another employee put the stuffed animal back on the shelf still with the sauce on it, I offered to buy it as is, with a discount he refused, it was a TY toy, dragon the only one on the shelf

Honestly I'm a lucky person I go in. I buy my coffee. I buy a ticket. I win. They act like the lottery they own it or something. I had to call the lottery office to get them to do the right thing with the tickets. I truly believe they need to be a change in the lottery system. There's too much scam going on.

The store in grande prairie next to the treasure hunt store horrible service needed to use rest room said they were doing upgrades but to coworkers that were female needed rest room aswell and they let them use it also there always on there phones not compliant with help and bought a slush paying customer and went to store next to and had truck towed like wtf this place and it’s employees my good god dooo not go to this store

What in the world is going on with Circle K cups? I Don'.
T understand this is the fourth or fifth time that my cup has given way and then subsequently, it's either in my house which causes me extra cleanup, then I have to clean the carpet or mop, the stairs or it happens in my car and gets into my gears. What do you people think you're doing, I mean a cup gotta be sturdy enough to for your polar pop drinks to carry it to drink otherwise, I need to put ice in soda in my hand and hope for the best. What is wrong with your people?

I go to the CK at 24th St. and Indian School Road. There is a gentleman that works there his name is Jarrett. He is the nicest, most polite worker there. I go at 2:45 in the morning on my way to work, and he's always been friendly. I've since learned his days off, so now I only stop when he's working. He keeps the place nice and clean, usually when I get there he's hosing the parking lot. But when I get there he stops and holds the door open for me. Best employee and CK by far. Store in thamesville is a disaster not handicap friendly you can't even get three the front doors an if you manage to you can't get down the isles it's a huge fire hazzard

Why is it that what they're signs in the windows, don't match,ring up what it says on there signs.
Example: cigarettes $4.25 when you buy 2 or more, bought 4 charged $18.80-.80 =18.00
$4.25 ×4 = $17.00.
Over charged $1.00 again.....

I want to make a great review on your employee name Rocky he is always moving working every time I go in there. There is the smell of cookies every time I walk in He’s very friendly and nice and always makes great experience You should give him a raise, that employee you cannot lose he is a hard worker

Circle K's attempts to provide what could be considered a convenience service - scanning stations for self checkout - easily becomes a negative. It all too easily becomes a situation where the employees are there to 'observe people checking out.' It appears that the financial benefits to Circle K of having their employees handling 'more tasks' hasn't been viewed from a customer 'perception' perspective. What customer wants to come in and perform the checkout /financial transaction function with an employee 'observing' them? The problem heightens when employees take an approach of 'I'm not here to interact with customers', but are there primarily to observe 'their' (customers) behavior for Circle K corporate. Kind of a 'live' security camera roleplay. Customers rapidly become considered an 'other' that employees are there to act as a surrogate for the police, who can be called 'in a hurry' when there's a suspicion that something's not right. It doesn't feel good to customers when this role shift occurs. I dislike the vibe it sends.

I do not understand how circle k is still in business. There are finally opening a Wawa right down the road from my house I will never step in another circle k as long as I live. The circle k's are constantly out of something whether it's sugar or creamer or they don't have any food it is unbelievable. I am from up north are convenience store was Wawa. And now it will be again here in North Carolina I would tell everyone to go to Wawa and boycott circle k. I went to three circle k's this morning one was out of creamer the next one was actually out of coffee and the third one finally had the sandwich that I like to have in the morning. And they're rewards program is crap never works it doesn't take anything off it did when I first signed up but that was just to hook you in to a scam.
