It isn't a reward when you jack up the price of gas so your $0.25 discount makes it 4 cents cheaper than everyone else around you. One and done with these idiots.

To be honest, I believe the company should go up on the polar pop drinks. I have seen customers waste more cups than purchasing them. I have seen people waste 3 cups before they actually purchased one. I think that would teach customers not to waste cups

It's freaking ridiculous when you won on a scratch off and go to cash it and they tell you they can't cash in any tickets if the winnings are over $100! The South Carolina lottery says these locations can cash in up to $500! Every time you go to this circle k in Summerville, it's always something. Gf's hanging out up by the register.. I stood their one day for a good 5-10 minutes before I realized he was sitting on a stool watching videos or whatever and she was his gf. Every time I go here it's something different. Always coming up with some bs, making things very inconvenient. I have no doubt it's management.

I stopped in a a Circle K this morning, store number 0139 and Cassie did such a wonderful job, she assisted me with everything,met all me concerns and she definitely dedines the term "customer service"! She had to cover for someone else that couldn't make it to work and the hours Cassie had worked is very impressive! She was a delight to meet and she genuinely cared about the guests' experience at the store! Thank you for having such dedicated Professional working at the store! She's amazing! 🙂

Well just like to say congratulations, You went from 3.00 gallon to 3.55 literally overnight. Sylvan Beach NY. Way to put it to your customers. I now what the Rack prices are on fuel and transportation. When a mom n pop, one location owned, is selling gas for 2.99 to 3.09 within a 30 mile radius and you go up .55 cents in 24 hrs. That's called greed, and we don't need to use your locations if that is your way. I'm guessing tomorrow another .50 cents? It shows your commitment to your customers!?

Bestaande total-shop pas omgebouwd naar Ck shop. Wat een deceptie. Ongezellig, puur commercie, koffie prijzen onduidelijk weergegeven (met kleine lettertjes), halvering food artikelen.

I went to the store in deland, Fl. I paid for ten dollars worth of gas. I went to the pump, it stopped at 46 cents. I immediately went inside. The older lady with grey hair (manager) did nothing. She tried to run my card again stating that the money automatically goes back on. This was NOT the case. So there I was no gas and no money. She did NOTHING. She said she wasn’t in control of the pumps, that my bank would refund the money. Well, that didn’t help me one bit I needed that gas. What kind of a manager doesn’t help you. Leaves u with NO Gas while they have my money debited.

Also the sweet tea was always broken yet it sat there no note on it nothing. I asked her about that she stated they weren’t selling it anymore and proceeded to walk outside for a cigarette. I finally had enough called corporate on them. She should not be managing a store. She also seems very angry .

Do not ever use your credit card to pump gas. They put $175 hold on it. I wasn’t able to get gas and after I put my credit card in I put the pump back on and was unable to clear it. When I left, they released $175 hold. They refused to refund the money. I did not get any gas from them that day. They are stealing people’s money.

There seems to be a lot of hoopla going on at the circle case about get so much off your gas. When you fill up when you buy so many drinks or get so many points. You are supposed to get a free drink, I've been down to Oklahoma use circle case, there's Savannah youth circle case, there, South Carolina user case there and I don't see where they're offering me so much of a gallon of gas when I fill up most of the time when I go in there. If I don't have my card with me, some of the cashiers are very quick to use their number, so we're talking about, I get a point and they get a point what in the world is going on with that, and if she get a point She get.\n S more money that system should be done away with okay, cause my points is my points, I don't suppose, share them with the cashier so she can get more money. The cups are very flimsy they break a lot, so shall I just get my drink in my hand and sip it from there? It's ridiculous. I think 711 is a better choice, and I think I will start using that, especially at the circle, K and St. Andrews. Near Bush River Road, that's the word the machines always broken stuff is not in the store that I ordinarily would like to get, such as the little slices of chocolate cakes, they don't have gloves, they don't have paper towels. What's going on? Now, on the brighter side of the spectrum. I would like to come in Aaron at the circle. K in Irmo, he is very, very good at what he does. He does a very good job, I have border, I need to get, and I got gas, and I said I would come back and pick the water up cause, I had already paid for it. And before I could even Get my car parked good. He was ready. Had that water ready to go to put in the back of my SUV? This store is always clean. They very seldom have problems with their slusy machines it seems to be demographics. Also, this storm St. Andrews and busher robe, the roof has been leaking for I don't know how long the toilet paper is not filled properly. It's always unsanitary unwrapped. Toilet paper for usage.It's a sad situation in that store.Get it together , cause you're about to lose my business totally

Went to Circle K , L'Anse, MI...on cold day could not get the pump to work, "help" button didn't work (?). Went inside to find out pump had been broken since the day before, manager was unaware of broken pump (how come??) Asked them to at least put a note on pump...Manager very sarcastically told me to "have a nice day hon"...no wonder I was the only customer even though their gas was 5cents cheaper than other stations...Avoid this place...

Beware! Don’t go to the Circle K on Hwy 326 in Ocala Fla. The nasty soap dispenser in the bathroom contains watered down soap. No napkins for your food purchases & they overcharged us. We bought 2 drinks & got charged for 4.

I will never shop your store in henderson nv located on Stephanie and warm springs. once again, I go into your store around 6:45pm and only 1 person working the counter, and the line of people wrap around the aisles. long wait times. TERRIBLE SERVICE...

I can’t ever get a receipt from the pump I’m pumping gas from. Completely defeats the purpose of pumping your own gas and driving away after paying. This is the issue with all Circle K stores I have been at. Employees that are too lazy to replenish the paper in the pumps. This time around the paper came out, but nothing was printed on the paper and the location that I’m at 19818 County Line Rd. in Spring Hill is a brand new station. They’re just lame. I only stop at a Circle K if I’m desperate for gas.

I purchased monthly car wash from them and every time I go to one they don’t have it working. I have to drive all around the city. Try to find one that works and it’s just frustrating and you go inside and the engine guy will say they come to fix it and that’s the answer I got from all of them

This was while traveling from Fleming Island to Leesburg Fl which is 2 /2 1/2 hours from my home the Circle K was on 441 between Ocala n Leesburg Store address 14870 on 441 I went in the store to pay cash for gas $20 n was told to put the 20 in this slot machine in front of the register which I did - told the cashier the pump # /pump 10/11 No receipt was given to proved I paid but yet the machine took my money n cashier insisted she couldn’t not find the payment was received on her end but yet she was the one that instructed me what to do - imagine that you pay for gas they watch you put the money in that little slot but they have no record n you have no receipt! I don’t like using CARDS or pay at the pump because of this reason especially traveling I was almost on empty even though she made an attempt to find that payment she didn’t which really made the whole thing seem more like a BS story she even tried to contact her boss who was conveniently unavailable…. My advice to travelers STAY AWAY n AVOID this circle K. I remember there was a time when Circle K was the gas station I would go this reminded me why I no longer do. I have heard stories from friends n other travelers but this was a first for me - I will now be one of those stores to others….
