Having had a pan delivered, straight out of the packaging I noted it was dented.
Immediately sent photos to their "customer service" seeking guidance for the best solution. I received confirmation of receipt, noting I would be contacted in 24-hours with resolution within 5-days. That was 2-weeks ago and despite chasing twice I have yet to be contacted by anyone. Unacceptable.

They have provided the absolute worst customer service experience I could imagine. I notified them, that one of their apparent "10 year guarantee" pans was no longer" non stick" . IO gave them details and photos, as requested. They honoured the 10 year guarantee and advice me to choose a replacement pan. This I did and notified them. 4 weeks later and still no replacement pan. Every email I send, they do not even acknowledge. Would I recommend Circulon NO WAY. You pay a premium price for their products and they do not honour their commitment and guarantee.

Beware of Samsung’s Free Cookware Promotion – Took 3 Months to Arrive!

I purchased a Samsung oven that required a specific type of cookware, and Samsung was running a promotion offering a free Circulon set. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating.

After submitting the required information, I waited…and waited. Three months passed before I finally received the cookware. In the meantime, since the oven required compatible cookware, I had to spend $300 on a set just to use my new appliance. When I contacted Samsung/Circulon for updates, I kept getting the runaround with no clear answers on when I would receive the cookware.

While the cookware itself is of decent quality, the long wait and poor customer service made this a disappointing experience. If you’re counting on the promotional cookware arriving quickly, don’t—be prepared to buy your own.

Worthless warranty, they just ignore you.

Wonderful pans. Lasted me 10 years and still going. Wonderful customer service. A brilliant company.

Don't know about the products yet but just ordering is risky. Know now this is my experience...

Good pans and last longer than others. The Lifetime warranty is an expected scam, so buy these in full knowledge that your pans will last a year and that the warranty is otherwise not worth the paper it was written on.

i received a two pan set today as a warranty replacement. the pans are different than my current pan. my current pan is more like sku 87378. mine is deeper and the sides are more vertical. this is what i was expecting as a replacement. not a different style pan. i wanted to replace my current pan, not just get any pan.
i contacted circulon on 6.11 as a follow up on my warranty replacement as it was past the response date and i had not received a response on whether there would be a warranty replacement. i was told they were understaffed and my ticket would be sent to a senior warranty officer and to expect a response in 8-10 business days. i did not receive a response from my initial claim as stated in the acknowledgement email and i did not receive a response, as i was told, in the 6.11 conversation with representative al. these pans simply showed up at my residence. i did not have an opportunity for input on the result of my warranty claim. now i am told by elizabeth that there is nothing that can be done and that the sku 87378 pan is out of stock. seems like i would be able to purchase this pan today on the website. it does not state that it is out of stock.
i don't understand why i can't get the sku 87378 pan as it is a closer style replacement than the ones i was sent. i have not received a reply to my concern. doesn't seem like a customer friendly company.

Tried to file a warranty claim. Didn’t hear back at all. Wrote a few weeks later, no response. Not going to buy their products again!

Terrible customer service. They claim, “lifetime warranty” but simply not true. If the product you want yo replace is discontinued they will send you whatever. SMH!! Tried to exchange sauce pan & lid, received a fry pan with no lid.

in november 2023 i purchased pans from circulon for a christmas present i did receive half the order but a 2 piece fry pan set never arrived i tried numerous times to contact their so called wonderful customer service all to no avail i have purchased their products before and liked them but this the 1st time directly from their website a nightmare ! NO FRY PAN SET NO REFUND and no satisfaction i even tried their parent company meyer.com all to no avail DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

Circulon is terrible when it comes to trying to submit a warranty claim! I sent pictures and received a response that they needed to be resent. The site wouldn't let me "register" to update my ticket. Then when I tried to send through a new ticket it didn't go through! I tried to call and got a endless loop of nothingness! Horrible company to deal with!

Submitted a claim months ago and nothing. Sent in all the pictures and still nothing. You can't call them and they keep blaming covid 19. After a while you get tired of trying to pursue the claim and that's probably what they want. Spend you money with a reputable company

After several years of use the non-stick stopped working. Everything sticks in this pan. Started a warranty claim with Circulon and they would do nothing under the warranty. They stated "The guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use or damage from overheating." none of which is true in my case and I stated this in the claim.

shocking product anyhing will stick better to buy a cheaper product and throw it after a year

After ordering and receiving a Circulon pan, I found that it was not as described on the website. It was made of a cheap material, unlike the pans I already have. When I called and spoke with their manager of customer service, she was not understanding at all. Her combative tone about returns was unprofessional. My shipping costs for the return would be deducted from my credit for the returned product, despite the fact that it was not a quality pan.

Initially I bought a bakeware set and the reviews and sales information made them look great. The cookware turned up and after a few uses despite following the user guidelines the none stick coating started to come off! Along with this, food such as meat was sticking to the tray and needed a great deal of soaking and cleaning with a cloth etc to remove it. Sausages were one of the worst leaving behind part of each sausage and a sticky residue that took work to remove. Boy was I disappointed these are not cheap baking trays. I got onto their web site and lodged an 'enquiry', their response was rapid! They asked me to forward pictures of the damaged trays. They seemed genuinely appalled that their products had not met my expectations or indeed their standards. A week later replacements arrived at my home. These new trays are in a different league! I couldn't get anything to stick to these if I tried! Any deposits left behind from baking or roasting simply wash off with soap and water. They come out of the dishwasher unscathed too. I don't expect anything to last for ever (though these come with a lifetime guarantee) but the way they are performing thus far I expect them to be a useful addition to my kitchen for a good number of years.

2 months, no response from customer service, items still haven’t shipped.

I have been waiting 5 months to get my warranty claim resolved. I emailed them several times and no one replies. I actually spoke to a human 3 months ago and was told to be patient! Really?

An awful experience. Avoid this company at all costs. I would have sent the products back for a refund, but their reputation for reimbursement is so bad that I couldn't trust that I would ever see the money again.
It's companies like this that make me think twice about shopping online.
